Nothing lasts forever. Except maybe a relationship between two certain immortals.
At first I really was worried about what kind of stress I'll be put under when the tutorial texts just went on and on, since I'm not really good with memorizing a lot of things that I have to do at the same time and also not good with multitasking.
But then it hit me. Not.
Nothing happened when I finally got control. No day counter, no time limit. Nothing to keep in mind, nothing to really multitask.
And the windows are not as overly complicated as I thought from, again, having to sit through a text tutorial that points out lots of things.
I got way less tense, and eventually relaxed. And got the things done and followed along the story. It really was quite a pleasing experience.
At one point I tried designing and embellishing the garden but I just couldn't bother getting all the funds I'd have needed nor did I really wanted to invest so much time in such a transient experience. Was thinking of a garden editor that is seperate from the main mode along the way.
But eventually I closed the game, and felt serene even though the garden was still incomplete. Everything in here just soothed my spirit, from the calm animation of the flowers to the discreet and lulling medley.
I should probably mention that This is a relaxing and play at your own pace game in the dialogue. Thanks for playing and I hope you had a good time with the game.
Yes, its good.
An hour passed, and I barely noticed it, at first it kinda hard to understand the game mechanics, but its so simple that I could just earn thousands of yen just making one kind of plant grow, breaking the game quite easily.
But what if you were mean to buy the decorations AND plants, that would be really adictive and could make the game last longer. if this gets an update, count me in xD
Hey, I think I saw your stream, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ZjjMOty-d4. I noticed that you have played for like an hour and a half and I am surprised you played that long. Thanks for streaming it. I am working on a update but is just some quality of life improvements, no additional story and content. I don't think I will be worth while to play again, but I will let you know when the update comes out you are interested. Adiós amigo.
Thanks for the reply mate
Plant, buy, and plant. Man does it feel good to horde and spend resources so easily. It's neat that you managed to incorporate plot elements into a farming game. Oh, and music that's just tailored for this kind of atmosphere. Bravo!
I love the music sooooo damn much
So relaxing, such a peaceful game. I want more of this game
That was a lot of fun, a very peaceful experience
Very relaxing and simple game. Although there were a number of typos and a few grammar errors, the experience was enjoyable and I'd love to see this concept expanded upon,
Very relaxing game! A few typos here and there but well-presented overall. The ReiMari conclusion made me worried I messed up bad, but the case was not so. The constant loop of planting-harvesting-opening inventory-selling-closing inventory got a bit repetitive, an auto-sell option would be cool.
Yeah the typos are me to blame, if you can help me point them out it would be nice. Also an auto selling option is a good idea, I may consider it. Thanks for enjoying the game.
Ah that was really nice to relax to. The music was especially really nice, since most people tend to remix the bombastic Touhou tracks rather than the more serene ones. It would be neat to see all of this expanded on in the future.
It is in deed a rather relaxing experience. Even if there isn't a lot to the game, like it isn't particularly challenging and basically just a little sandbox, I enjoyed that.
Despite the strange wordchoices and less than stellar english, the sentiment of the story came across at that's what really counts.
Although, I am not a huge fan of Kaguya x Mokou. It might be my least favorite ship, in fact.
It's cute, it works and I had fun.
My only wish would've been a save-feature so I could come back to the garden and decorate some more, because that was pretty fun.
Nice to know you enjoyed it, a save system would be great for a game like this but there is only so much story in the game. so I did not plan it from the start. Plus I had the idea of giving the vibe that you can't be in the garden forever, it may not be a good design choice but it is something I would like to experiment. Minecraft and Terraria can get away with it's lack of story that because they had a lot of items and placables allowing a lot creativity. This is still a very interesting game concept, maybe if this game idea becomes a large scale project there will definitely be a save system. Thanks for playing.
A lot of 'relaxing' games actually includes too much elements and made it bothersome rather than relaxing. However, this game isn't one of those bothersome games. It has easy to use controls, nice user interface, relaxing music and gameplay. I didn't get bored after playing for an hour or more. So I'll definitely recommend this game.
P/S: The little storyline in the game is actually nice, I liked it a lot.
