I love the dark enviroment, it gives a lot of spooky vibes, specially when you try to hide in it, sound is also a great adition, but it also ruins the experience when you don't seem to be doing any noise and it still attracts Rumia .
Never expected to find Kagerou in this game, that was pretty nice.

I like when character swapped places that one time,  and you need to find the Haiku somewhere else, but I had a huge problem finding the solution on it (because I'm dumb), but I never knew if I had to reset the chemistry set, so I took my time wondering about that.

Its kinda funny that you can actually keep reading something after you died xD.

this one is a banger!!! i like the two hands mechanic the most but the puzzles are rad, exploring is good, and rumia is throwing hands with anyone who doesn't realize how light mechanics work and carries the lamp everywhere for the first five minutes

Interesting horror puzzle game... There's a few things I don't like but a lot of things I like, like the spooky atmosphere, the puzzles (I think I almost solved all of them) and the stealth mechanics. I don't like that you can only see 20cm around you in a top-down game, even the lightning flashes are too short to be able to get a sense of your surroundings. When you're caught, you don't lose any progress, which is good because there is a lot of luck involved in staying hidden. But it feels weird to get stabbed and wake up with the golden key still in your pocket. Item management is a little awkward but I got used to it. The music box wasn't worth using though, since it felt so buggy to use. For a jam game game this is very impressive and well made!

Spooky game that I wish I was better at. Rumia is very cute!

Really good and big puzzle, with neat narrative and tie-in to theme. Very interesting twist with bomb recepy, althought I remembered it since 4 "rows" is suspicious and would not have to look for book after it was snatched, which is a plus. Light while simple is effective, and carrying 2 times at time with separate buttons for discarding and using them is huge.

But what I not liked is:
Noise seems to be produced when head touches things, not only feet as expected,
I haven't found much use of visibility mechanics, better to just run through/away as enemies need to look at you to see you and you youself pretty much blind without light while enemies can unpredictibally run at you,
And game state not propertly resetting after death, which can be blessing and a curse - you keep your items but if you left something important like light - you're doomed.

Still I would put this game very high in my list.

A pretty great object juggling puzzle. And hard! The atmosphere is wholly delivered.

Good game, this one must have taken a lot of effort! It's very ambitious for a jam game. I like that there are multiple mechanics to play around with (lighting torches, music box, etc.). The atmosphere is great and the part with Kagerou and the book was scary!
The stealth mechanics became a little frustrating after a while though. The enemies feel unpredictable at times and juggling two items at once was a bit hard to handle. Other than that I had a lot of fun!

some minor things:
the first lock can be bypassed without a key
the green key multiplies when picked up (kinda funny)
