I'm not a rhythm game guy, but I very much enjoyed this game.  I kinda wished the mochi directions were flipped on the arrow keys, so that red was -> and blue was <-, but I eventually got use to it.  Other than that, I enjoyed the art, the sprites, the music, and the general gameplay concept.  I kind of skimmed through the story though tbh

Before everything else, I think this one has one of the cutest visuals in the jam.

Having said that, tho, the actual gameplay is painly frustrating. I don't think the key layout is the problem but rather the fact the UI shows two horizontal lines that go in opposite directions, which really makes everything harder than it should. I guess if, instead, there were two vertical bars that go from up to down it would be way less distracting. As of now, having to asimilate the color of the mochi, the key that corresponds to it, the hand that you have to use to that, the correct timing, all while focusing in two diff points at the same time is not so fun. Even less when that is supposedly the easy difficulty. Maybe girls have a better chance to this but I'm a simple man, my brain doesn't go multitasking.

At the end, with all the distractions, I can't enjoy the music which is ultimately, in my consideration, the whole point of a rhythm game. Nice looking effort, tho. The story also gave me some silly chuckles.

I'm a long time DDR player (foot level 12) and this threw me for a loop instantly with it's left/right brain gameplay, like learning to ride a bike backwards or trying to type on a different keyboard layout. Couldn't even get past stage 3 once the music interchanging all the different alternating notes in different colours.

Although stylistically cute, I think it would serve the player better to have the arrows/keys written on the mochi rather than having the faces because it forces my brain to translate the mochi's colour into the corresponding orientation and then having to translate that to the finger I must use. I think because of how brains work I keep flipping the arrow on one side to the opposite side of my other hand.

Otherwise its a really well put together game! But I fear my mind will tear in two if I keep going at it :)

Wonderfully put together and cute. :3 There's plenty to praise about it, but I'd like to mention the charm of the writing.

Very bad for my eye strain tho. ;_; The first two stages were fine since lane 2 reliably echoes lane 1, and getting into that rhythm felt great, but after that I just couldn't.

I don't have as much of a problem with the ambidextrous control as I do with the two lanes going in the opposite direction. I feel like there's a lot of eye-shifting going on and even on the easy setting it's pretty difficult and hard to get into (I have a similar problem with the Persona dancing games). The presentation is really good though.

Very cute game, it took awhile to get use to as it was quite difficult remembering the colors to its keys, especially when they spawn more and changes frequently, maybe having arrows on the mochi would help. But the mapping of notes was quite good corresponding to the rhythm. And I like how bunnies starts spawning as I was getting a big combo but they keep spawning regardless, super cute game.

A bit challenging at first but gets quite enjoyable.

the presentation quality is fantastic, but, I'm sorry, it's just not possible for me to follow both opposite lines of notes at once. I'd love to give it more of a shot, but I have a hard enough time keeping track of the controls with only one line of notes, so this kinda thing is out of the question

Its a cute and very challenging game. Probably the best rythm game this time around. 

I would have prefered though if the beats would've went vertically, so the connection between the left and the right side would have been stronger. It probably would have also made the game easier to play and in turn the challenge more fair.

A challenging concept with decent music and beautiful fanarts. Everything comes together as a rhythm game.

Although it seems kind of too hard even on easy as it requires a lot of memos and practices to get used to this ambidextrous setting, and the fact it has another lane that goes another way really messes directions key presses quickly. 

Story-wise there isn't much to talk about. The good old moon story that everyone knows. But the chitchats between characters are fairly interactive and not much of a cliche. For the prologue, a slightly transparent textbox might help a bit in terms of visuals.

Arts are simply fantastic and cohesive as a jam game made in 3 days, rabbits with a lot of variants, many character portraits, buckets, hammers, mochis, and backgrounds, etc. Everything is well-shaded with expressive tweenings. It's very impressive how your artist managed to get all of these together in such a short time frame.

Overall I think it's a solid jam game with a fresh take on ambidextrous design, but the gameplay itself might be too challenging at the moment which I don't think I'll be playing it as often as I do with other rhythm games.

This is so good, the presentation is amazing and I loved the tunes very much. It's difficult to get the hang of it with 8 keys but it's doable (only managed to play in eeee eajy modo lol)
