Creative Vision / Rationale / How Did You Incorporate the Theme
The base idea was that you needed materials to progress in the game, but you could also choose to help others with those same resources, creating interesting choices for players. So now, in the game you can give resources to the locals or not and focus on leaving the planet.

Cute characters! Like the idea of making choices around resources! Makes you think
Cool game I liked transforming and rolling around :)
What a solid entry! I had a lot of fun with this. Also a good interpretation of the theme.
Really fun game actually! Very strong character design and mechanics!
Had a lovely, lovely time. I went left and right just jumping, rolling, putting down objects to unlock platforms, forgetting to charge my battery, and everything in between. I'm not sure if you had time, but would've loved for our main character to move along with the hovering platform--I fell twice trying to follow the left curve.
Had so much fun playing!
Thanks ! Happy you had a fun time, I did unfortunately run out of time to fix the platform thing.
What a fun game, I had so much fun turning into a ball. The animation for it was smooth!
I liked the tree house jump puzzle especially bouncing up to it on the mushroom as a ball.
Rolling around in ball mode was so much fun! And I can't believe you managed to make all this by yourself for the jam, amazing work
Story - Cute story about being stranded. I wish that the locals had a little more to say! Some guidance or something from them to direct me towards my puzzle goals would be great!
Mechanics - The rolling was cool! It felt like you spent a lot of time perfecting this. The humanoid walking was a little odd, but overall pretty fun. I tried picking some stuff up, but I guess I never found any of the physics items. Most of the stuff I found was only interactable with F.
Theme - I think with a bit more of a narrative context to why we'd want to give materials to the locals, the theme would have been a little clearer. I didn't have much of a connection with them or their motives, so I thought giving stuff to them was not optional.
Audio/Visual - Pretty solid sound effects. Some light music to set the mood would really enhance the experience! The visuals were cool and it's crazy that you were able to make so many things in such a short time! I think adding a bit a verticality (hills/trails) to the level would have given the exploration element of the game a little more mystery. Some nice post-processing effects wouldn't hurt, either! But I'm not sure how Godot handles that stuff.
Overall - Cool game! You did an amazing job with the time we had and put together a clever little game. Great job and congrats!!
Thank you so much for the detailed review!
In case you want to take a crack at the game again, blue cubes and balls are physics objects.
I loved messing around with the character controller, rolling around was satisfying. I did a little puzzle for one of the locals and they jumped for joy, it felt like finding a Korok seed in TLoZ!
Happy you had fun!
Neat game. I didn't really see the need to give stuff to the locals. However, I did like going into the ball mode and exploring the map.
Do you really need a reason to be generous ? :)
