I love the QWOP inspiration, but the movements felt like they did nothing in the water.

Thank you for playing! I enjoyed the default movement cause it made sense to me that when you press W you go forward in the direction that the fish is looking. When I played around with it some more I realized how difficult the movement can be. So then I made the alt control so people can play the game without being too frustrated with the controls.
Great game. I loved being able to crash a ship into another ship, that was very fun.
However, I occasionally noticed these white vertical lines for a split second in the waters when moving.
I was wondering for the background did you copy-paste a bunch of those images? I had a similar issue in another game. I fixed it by changing the draw mode in the sprite renderer of the background image and then increasing the size. Sorry if I'm wrong or overstepping my bounds about this.
Still. great game and keep up the good work!
Cute game. I love trying to find all the different fishoroscopes and how many fishes were named after food. I think it would be nice if there's a tracker to see the previous fishes you've kissed in past runs or the different fishoroscopes you've gotten. Also I love the background music as well, it's really nice.
I don't think I'm cut out to work in this office.
Fun and quirky game. At the beginning I couldn't really figure out which emails to chum or not but I was figuring it out. I love the shark's face cause that's the same face I made whenever I saw the speech bubble pop up. Overall this is a nice and charming game.
Nice game with a good message. I like where the gameplay is going but its a bit challenging to play but in a bad way.
In my 1st playthrough, the shark shows up way too early before I understand what's happening. Later runs I can avoid the shark but its really difficult to get through the dialogue while dodging the shark and the trash. For dialogue, you can maybe pause the game and force people to read through it. Also the camera is a bit too zoomed in so the trash just appears before I can react to it.
Still its a good game and I appreciate all the work you put in to it.
Fun game. Controls take some time to get used to but it's a fun learning curve. It can get a bit frustrating when you know how you want to hit the ball but can't execute it properly due to controls. Kinda reminds me of learning how to play Rocket League for the first time.
I like how it's simulated in 3D. That you can knock the ball above you and swim under the ball. Overall pretty cool game.
Very fun game. It has a lot going for it. Great art, Great music, fun & engaging gameplay. I really love the bouncy physics of the fish. It's funny while providing a bit of difficulty.
The only minor issue I really had was that it can be a bit difficult to click & drag the fishes from the far edges.
Other than that it was a pretty fun and enjoyable game!
Thanks for the feedback!
Yeah, it's a very simple game with nothing too complex running in the background. I think it's fine if you stay still and the ball finds it's way to you as it'll affect your highscore. And it's true that the highscore is very rng-dependent there really isn't any skill required here. I thought about adding different behaviors to how the ball is shot but didn't have the time to implement them so the ball is just shot at a random direction with random force.
This is a great game. I was delightfully surprised that there were multiple creatures you could play. The story is nice and I really enjoyed the different mystery events you can encounter.
Though it got a bit tedious to click on the skill, then the enemy and then press space to go to the map instead of clicking. Also I encountered a bug where the overlay "Press space to open the map" stayed on during the first battle. It disappeared after the battle when I did press space to open map.
However this was a wonderful game regardless.
Thank you for your feedback. At the beginning I could add a quick tutorial segement that'll tell you to push this button in order to do this thing. As well as in game menu that displays what each button does.
For the multiplayer I also thought that this game would be a whole lot better if it was multiplayer or splitscreen. That would be something I'd be interested in doing in the future.
Thank you for playing my game! There were many more things I wanted to add and do but unfortunately I ran out of time. One of them was giving better player feedback to where the man on ground is and where the barel will drop & explodes. Those are one of the first few things I will add when I update this.
