Nice game! It took me a bit to understand how to play, but after that I enjoyed it! It is a quite nice puzzle game.
Hmm, interesting idea and mechanics, cool visual style
the only thing I thought was a bit lacking was some soft, subtle, calm background music (but maybe it will appear in the future😉)
Good job! 😃👍
This one was tricky for me. I like puzzle games but this one made me think, and a lot of it was trial and error for me. I think you could definitely expand on this game outside of this jam, but would be preferred maybe if you game more controls for moving. This game really makes you think about the space around you and some of the puzzles were quite clever. Keep up the good work!
Very fun and interesting puzzle game. I love puzzle games and this was just great. My brain had a hard time understanding the purple things lol. Also a bug is that in level 8 there are no colliders so you can cheese it really easily. Overal great tho!
Wow! Impressive puzzle game here! Visuals are outstanding, levels progressive... I only reach level 6 hehe.
I think this has been my favorite puzzle game so far from this jam! Really nice polish and the gameplay was satisfying. I couldn't get through level 7, but I had fun along the way haha.
Very polished game, but I got a little bit confused with the controls :o. The sound effects and graphics are very good and in harmony with the game
Thankyou! Yes i implemented the tutorial in hurry in the last hour. I think that the directional tile is what might be tricky to understand but you will get it once you try to implement as written in the instruction. Basically the tiles around a directional tile can influence its direction by moving the player in clockwise or anticlockwise direction.
I like the idea. Puzzles are well designed and use the potential of main mechanic. Nice game
The art is really well polished and the visual effects look great. You should definitely add some music to it though. I still awarded you 5/5 for polish.
The instructions were confusing. It took a moment to understand the way the directional blocks rotate. You should find a better way of indicating changes.
The one button rotation control is understandable given the game jam theme, but it really doesn't add to the game play. This game would be better off just using the standard a/d keys to rotate and w to move forward, for example. If you want to continue development post-jam, that's the first thing I would recommend.
Thankyou for playing! Yes i would definitely change the controls after jam. When i joined the jam, i was already a day late. i was implementing sound and instructions in the last hour. i wanted to add some BGM but i wasnt sure what kind of music would fit well with the game, i would love to hear any suggestion regarding BGM.
For BGM, I would check out other games similar to yours. You'll find quite a few right here on Itch. Then just look at their music credits. I've found decent music for my games doing this.
You could also try finding game music communities and asking them. There's one on reddit, for example. Just be careful to read their rules before posting.
