What a game! It is definitely hard, but it plays really nicely and well as soon as you pick up on the necessary tricks and skills :D I'm kind of stuck on the level starting in a valley and you can make it to the right floor, but not the left one and over you there's these "pass from underneath" blocks which I can't reach either... No idea what to do there, maybe you have a hint :D This is definitely one of the best game jam games I have played so far (not only this jam) ;)
i’m guessing that’s level 8, there’s a long dash and jump mechanic
you CAN make it to the left ledge from the right one, it’s the very last level!

Had a great time playing this on stream, despite the fact I sucked at it :D Really satisfying gameplay and I loved all the little details like the particle effects. I think the change in mechanics needs to be more obvious as it was confusing at first, maybe a little animation or something? Also level 2 seemed a lot more difficult than the other levels, but maybe that was just me haha.

Wow, this game is incredible. I’m grateful to have been able to follow its development on Discord. It’s the kind of game that, if continued after game jams, can really succeed. Incredible graphics, very polished, brutal gameplay, and it only uses two buttons. Fantastic

Amazing visuals! And the overall polish is complete. The game can be somewhat hard in the sense of Getting Over It, I guess that is intended as it seems to make the most sense with the gameplay mechanics. I also like that controls change from level to level (in some B changes direction, in some it is dash).

This was pretty well done on gameplay, art, audio and design! Great job! If I had to give constructive feedback on this, it would probably be on the sudden button change for Level 2 and the level design being a bit confusing for where the player has to go. Overall though this game is 5 stars down!

that came from a mid-development direction change… button function swaps were meant to be a pickup inside the levels, but I found it too hard to make level design that acomodates that and wouldn’t lead to horrible softlocks if you end up with the wrong button in the wrong place

i had to stop making levels at some point because I was getting numb to what is hard and what is not, felt it would be better to be too short than too crazy hard
Love the art and color palette. Such interesting gameplay with just 2 buttons, though I'm not good enough to beat lvl 2 haha
Holy 🔴🟣🔴🟣 , this is a great game! In discord, I watched this game's progress like growing of my child. Controls feel so fluid, only second level was kinda annoying but as you learn the controls, game starts to get exciting. Well done :)
I changed that second level 10+ times based on feedback and still wasn’t enough…
I somehow HAD to make sure to teach players the super coyote dash, and I was committed to not using words because of the ending.
In the end I still think it wasn’t good enough for people to get it AND it is beatable without learning the right mechanic, but oh well…

Really solid game as per usual! Having all info encrypted until the game was beaten was a great incentive to finish the game. (Which i didn’t cuz I’m bad) I really like how all the menu interactions also only use the game mechanics.
Incredible polish and presentation for such a short time, but I played an almost exact game from another Jam with the same theme. I didn't like the level design either, level 2 was very hard, but then the rest were a piece of cake, until I got again stuck in another one...The ABABAB texts and some other the ideas like the menus are genius :)
really enjoyed the switch-up from the swapping to the dash! I struggled to use the switch-up effectively but that's probably a me problem 😂
