This creature awoke my arachnophobia and I hated it, good ambiance + graphics tho

It was fun. I loved the way it looked. The first part of the game was atmospheric, well made. I would love it if the beast was a bit more elegant with the way it worked. Once i realised that this big spider with asthma is after me and i can't shake it off, i got used to it being behind me and started taking random directions to find the fire pots. Anyway, great game!
Atmosphere and controls are very good :)
End scene is a little hard to navigate.
This game has so much potential!
Felt like I was actually going into what was happening in the game. Great setting and atmosphere! Good job
Made me jump! :D
The environment was great! I loved every second of it, but maybe that's because my passion for investigation games. The cam filter was sweet, the vibe was amazing.
I wish there was more detail on the final scene, because the fires were hard to locate. Of course, the time limit was there and it's totally understandable.
Overall, great job! I'd totally revisit a refined, extended version :)
Not quite every other thing was made by Lucas! Sounds were obviously from Diablo II :D
Cool style, not that much action before the boss fight, and it was quite hard to find all four fires to light. But nice setting, good environment and castle. Looked very cool all in all!
Good job with this entry!
Nice art, music and sounds. I do not know why, but all these pixelated 3D games lag a lot on my PC, does anyone knows what is causing this and have a fix for that?
this game is unplayable for me because I cant see anything. Mind you, I do have a hard time with contrast personally.
The whole atmosphere of the game is amazing, the game design is on point with the keys having symbols for you to recognize them right away! The puzzle's were easy to follow and fun, I felt like it was taking me down the descent, as for the monster I liked the idea of him being behind you breathing on your neck, I think with a bit more tweaking on the monster AI and the design and my gosh this would be a very realized game! Great job!
Lovely atmosphere! I loved the modelling work on the monster. I wish the player could've had a bit more visibility, especially at the end because I felt like I was lapping circles in the basement trying to find the fourth altar with the monster right on my heels, but very polished nonetheless :)
The game looks really good and the atmosphere is also amazing. there was a lack of sound in my opinion like how the torch and the doors should make a sound. but the beast in the later part of the game is truely terrifing.
Great game. keep it up โฅ
I really like the art. Just the opening alone feels really cool with the shadowy trees and the ominous sky.
One nitpick is that I feel the torch should have had some sound. After a while it started to feel weird to be holding a dead silent torch. Also, its easy for people to miss the description of the game as they have to click to view the game's page to see it. If I didn't I would have been rummaging through the dark. I feel the torch could have been equipped by default.
One other thing is that I couldn't install it through the itch.io client because you didn't mark the uploaded files for the game for windows. It gives me the "build undefined" error for reference.
I appreciate the puzzle mechanic with the keys and doors, its common for atmospheric games like this to forgo much in the way of gameplay.
I honestly couldn't figure out how to get past the barn area with the hay. I didn't know what to do with the buttons.
Overall fairly polished game.
Atmosphere is truly awesome!
I don't understand what to do with magic circle and 'sun disk' (idk what is it), but this is great work!
