Streamed this one tonight, love the cute little graphics, had some troubles progressing though, maybe just my error and tiredness

I like how the character's head gets a little bigger when they're walking

Visuals are very nice the city looks great and feels like a real place you want to explore.

I do like the slash in mid air mechanic, but it should do something even if there is no ennemy in sight,

for a while I questioned my button mapping.

I would really like to finish it but I cannot succeed the series of wall jumps towards the end of first level(could only pass it once through some kind of exploit)

You could start easier with ennemies like you but in red ? (slash fodder?) it is more satisfying to punish big ennemies :) ?

The controls was a little bit strange but once you have it its fine. Drawing designs have some "imperfections" if i can say it that way, but its making their charms so thats a good point. Song is really cool and goofy i really liked it.

Nice little platformer entry for the jam! The aesthetics are amazing with the nice palette choice, although I feel sometimes the distinction between foreground and background is not as clear as it should be!

Levels were nicely designed, I had little problems with one part of the final level, but nothing major!

Overall nice entry and nice little project!

I eventually got stuck, but when I was going really fast and figured out how to time the movements right it was a super satisfying experience. Well done!

I wasn't able to get the airdash working. Is that something you get later? Couldn't get past the first enemy at the wall jump (assuming you have to dash through). Any pointers? I'd like to see where it goes. (maybe I'm just missing something due to no sleep)

weird
the airdash autolocks to a nearby enemy, probably should've done a indicator for it

Thanks, I'll give it another shot. I definitely felt like a zombie after staying up all night to finish.

My brain was definitely broken back then. I figure it all out now - that's a pretty cool  approach to platforming. It was satisfying to chain dashes together. I also think the backgrounds are pretty interesting and stylish. Nice job!

I had a little trouble with the controls, but the game was enjoyable. Getting to the end wasn't easy, but the level puzzles were easy to get and straightforward.

The environment art was very interesting, I dig it. Good job!

PS: I giggled at the elevator music on the last level, nice touch.
