Good job! Had a lot of fun with cracking the safes :D Visuals and sounds fits very well.
Really beautiful execution / graphics on this game. While the strategy to beat the game was fairly simply and maybe a bit repetitive, I loved the polish that you put into this! It reminded me of Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego. Also how the heck did you pull off that world map?! Awesome game
This is a well polished, easy to follow game that feels very nokia-centric.
I haven't figured out the math but when you have fewer guesses near the end, isn't it more of an educated guess for some of the numbers versus pure deduction?
This game is really excellent and really well polished indeed. I like the challenge it gives you by figuring out which numbers are higher or lower, almost like a certain game show. XD
Amazing entry overall!
Nice one! Simple concept but very good executed, with amazing art and sound design and very nice polishing!
Pretty much full marks from me for this; this is impeccably implemented, with care taken over small details (such as the wipe transitions) which make it feel like a complete game rather than an exploration of a concept. Nice work. The graphics are clean and clear, the "spy/safecracker" theme is well expressed, and the world maps are cool. If I had a quibble, it's with the nature of the game itself rather than its implementation: once you realise the binary search technique exists (start each game with 55555) it becomes almost completely mechanical to play, which is a shame for such a nice game. (This is probably why Mastermind, which is also vulnerable to a similar sort of strategy but one which is a lot more mathematical and a lot less obvious, has been enduringly popular, and would probably map onto this game's UI quite well.)
Playing some of the Jam entries for fun before I finish my own, yours is my favorite so far! Love the clean presentation, everything comes across great. Gameplay is also good bite-sized fun for such a small game. Really admire your work on this!
