Besides the bug where the enemies won't pass big trees, I really want see more from this game, I really like how you colored the enemies, its not something that I saw usually in this jam.

So I found I was more than likely to survive than perish once I figured out the Zombie's one weakness!
The refreshing scent of pine and the impossible to breach needle laden branches.

There is a bug in the game where the enemies won't pass large trees, so once I had a tree fort built around me it was just wait out the end of the game.

You also need to add some variation to the background to help with navigation, it was hard to tell where things were when I did go exploring.

It’s a great idea and a cool game. When starting the game, I felt it reminiscent of Don’t Starve, and I was chopping down some trees to build some defenses. I had fun but there’s not much going on beyond that other than just shooting down waves of zombies. I believe if the game was developed even further, it would be pretty awesome!

I did survive! Until the wave counter went away and I figured the game was endless and exited out.  I liked how there were multiple types of enemies with different characteristics. I also liked the harvesting and building mechanic.

The wave counter had some bugs, for instance it reset on the wave the small zombies appeared, and completely vanished on the wave after the tank zombies.

The hitboxes were also much larger than the sprites, which also felt janky. In my opinion it's always better to undersize hitboxes than over size them.

Running around and killing zombies as they are chasing you seemed to be the optimal strategy because you could easily outrun them. Which is a shame because I liked the building mechanic and was looking forward to using it more. Unfortunately, the bullets would hit the walls if they were even in the same zipcode as the wall, and the player couldn't fit through spaces that visually they should be able to fit into.

Even though my review has a lot of criticism, it is because I believe this game is close to being a really enjoyable game but has a few simple flaws that hold it back. Keep working on it and you have a fun flash game on your hands!
