Normal golf requires patience and the aim of a minimal par, this game forgets all that and insists you keep moving to finish the game as soon as possible!

This was a lot of fun! The controls were pretty satisfying and easy to understand. My only criticisms are that I found the music to be a bit repetitive, I was pretty tired of hearing the song by the end of my first run. One other small thing Is that I found the putter placement to be pretty tricky sometimes, some shots that I thought were lined up pretty well would just barely move the ball at full power presumably because I was too far forward - this may not be a bad thing from the skill based game perspective but I feel like some visual indication of what good alignment is, or maybe some indication of what went wrong with a weak shot, might be nice!
Oh man, I thought for a second when the ball went into the water next to the last hole I was gonna have to start that all over again. Thank god you had checkpoints haha. Nice game with a cool concept. The music is relaxing too. I noticed some screen tearing on what I believe is a tilemap. If you add your tiles into a sprite atlas, that should remove the lines between tiles you see every once in a while.
i enjoyed the game! the camera shake is a bit too much imho, it doesn’t really fit the nice little “clonk” sounds. i think the threshold for saving a spawn point is a bit too low, because i often had to restart the water levels completely.
would also be pretty cool if you could shoot the ball across water if you hit it hard enough.
I really liked your game!
A little idea though. I think it might be cool if every time you click, you swing and the power bar is always going.
Love the music, glorious tuba escalation lol. The controls feel very nice and intuitive
I like this take on golf. Had some issues where the power bar would fill at about half the speed and then at full power would only hit for half strength based on how far the ball went.
This game has really great UX: control of player so enjoy me! I love it!
I'd like to check out the upgraded next version of the game in the feature.
I hope my feedback was useful! I'd appreciate it a lot if you could check out my submission too!
I was sure that the golf game can surprise me, I played some jam games about golf. And now I definitely can say that the concept of controlling very curios. It needs some improvements about physics, number of game mechanics. But it's totally cool! ;)
Seems the player lacks some of the motivation why I should be speedy and move ahead to the hole
the art is so cool, i loved the mechanic of the game
Great Game :)
A nice chill game, even though water gave me some anxiety. But the graphics looks a little sketchy because the pixel size doesnt match up between different object and some of them look like they have a filter on or maybe they are just overdetailed.
Other than that it is a solid game.
