i like interfaces with lots of buttons, toggles and switches, so that’s a lot of fun to me! i found out that drawing bigger circles makes it easier to reel the stuff in. before that, it was kind of difficult to raise that bar. at first i didn’t understand it, but when you get it it’s really nice to see all the blinking leds showing you what to do next. cool concept!
i wasn’t able to run this, here’s the exception:

i definitely don’t have a “dub” directory within my appdata folder, so that’s probably it. but i wouldn’t know what i’d have to install. any ideas?
i really tried to download this but wasn’t able to do so. all browsers block it immediately. i tried to disable various windows and browser security settings but nothing helped :/
edit: nevermind, brave downloaded the file and renamed it to something called “Unconfirmed 542405.crdownload”. i put a “.exe” behind it and it ran without issues 😅
yeah we had a few discussions about how to better show where you can move soldiers. we also thought about that exact mechanic: to only calculate costs based on moved distance from the origin, not the latest position of a soldier. unfortunately we ran out of time. maybe in a later version :D
thanks for the constructive feedback, glad you liked it!
the game looks really beautiful! i would’ve loved a possibility to row backwards, in case i get stuck in a rock. also would be great to see further ahead so you can plan your moves in time to dodge the rocks, otherwise the controls are too slow to really react to obstacles.
also i agree with the other comments: multiplayer would be lots of fun!
that was absolutely awesome! i really love these types of games. super simple yet extremely addictive to get a better score :D managed to get 283 ^^
my only remarks are missing audio and the controls. i think it would be easier if the ball would simply be controlled by left and right cursor keys (e.g. it always moves if you press a button, and only stops if you release it), similar to super hexagon.
