Thank you kindly!

I'm still hoping to finish it yeah, development has been super slow because of life stuff unfortunately. Thanks for checking out the NeonMob series!

Cool idea but quickly became frustrating as I ended up creating nothing over and over despite having situations with over 60% outcomes. A recipe book or other combination reference of sorts would be a much welcomed addition.

Interesting idea here, could easily see this being expanded upon with more content.

Simple and fun! With more human variety I could see this easily being expanded upon into something bigger, very nice!

Love the presentation and theme! A tad bit unclear as to what stats are effective in some quests but otherwise very well put together.

Very creative twist! It might have been because I'm on a smaller screen, but the UI with the video information was under my cursor and I couldn't see everything I needed to. The presentation otherwise was really clean.

Very well put together! It's got a well-rounded amount of randomness and player input to potentially sway things in our favor. Good pun too. Love how the UI is presented and things are explained and straightforward.

Fits the theme for sure! I feel like moving the information from the player's house to a UI of sorts would help with pacing as I had to keep running back and forth because I was invested in the numbers. Love the running animations!

Super fun and very easy for "just one more try!" I feel with more events both in quantity and variation this could really take off, what you have already is really fun. Love the role reversal twist!

Really love the MS Paint aesthetic! Having an AI opponent option would be nice so that players can practice and play the game without having the need of an extra controller.

Very nice art and storytelling!

Very nicely packaged experience! It's straightforward and not overly complicated combat, good enemy variety as well for a demo. I feel combat would flow better if we could use the mouse to attack in different directions. The enemies kind of got overwhelming having to move back and forth to attack fast enough.

Was not able to download, was flagged as a virus but pretty sure it's due to newer Godot builds.

Very cool idea! The game seems pretty polished already, could use some UI tweaks like having the controls on-screen during gameplay for dropping and equipping. Well done!

Really like the art! Was a bit frustrating to get started because I couldn't seem to find a small enough feesh, the collisions of the bigger fish seem to be too big compared to them as well, kept running into empty space and restarting. It's a good start!

Really like the art! The gameplay is very straightforward and easy to understand. The movement and jump feels a little too floaty. Good job!

I really like the smol perspective of the character! Definitely fits the theme! I couldn't find a way to adjust mouse sensitivity, it was set very low and was uncomfortable to play for a longer period of time.

10/10, I dieds from poor life decisions so sad.

Thanks! I'll be sure to post an update somewhere if/when I return to this.

For the main gameplay loop yes it functions very much like a Tamagotchi. Also want to mix in some light RPG and horror elements that can also affect your new axolotl lord bud if I ever make the game.

Much appreciated!

Thanks! Cryalotl was fun to come up with

Thanks a bunch!

Have an idea for a feature or does something need fixing? Post it here and I'll see what I can do!

Below are common issues and their solutions. If you run into something not listed here, leave a post and I'll do my best to answer!

My character parts are not aligned properly!

This tool is meant to use same-sized assets. If you have assets of different sizes, it will not work as intended.

My character is blurry!

What you see in the editor is only a preview, when you export your character they will be the size of your largest imported part.

My parts are in the wrong layer!

Click the incorrect layer and the asset window will focus on the corresponding parts, letting you correct the mistake.

Sorry to hear about your project. If you're just starting out then I recommend watching some beginner Unity tutorials to help get you started. I can't provide additional assistance here. Best of luck to you.

Thank you for your interest! You should be able to import the png file as a sprite and then slice it up however you like. The process depends on the game engine you're using but that's generally how it's done. Hope that helps you get started and good luck!

Thanks!

Thanks for playing!

Much chocolate, such cavern.

Thanks for checking it out! Both the series and game! :)

Sorry about that! It seems the files hosted on Google Drive have gone missing. Not sure if I'll be able to replace them unfortunately.

Awesome to hear you and your son had fun playing! Thanks for playing!
