I think the same thing happened to me that happened to Anacria Nova. I got the battery and headed back and the got stuck. Pressing space or the arrow keys did nothing.  See picture. Other than that, nice game. Art and music were great. 

Fun stealth game! Love the use of the limited palette and music. Unfortunately I get stuck after finding the red battery, and experience a collision bug with the first enemy that one it touch me it though me to the right wall.

Very good color palette. That vibrant red really stands out against all the dark, cool blue-gray shades. The enemies feel very sinister.

Unfortunately, I was not able to get very far. I picked up this bright red thing, and then couldn't get past this wall.

Also, it was not clear to me what happens (thematically) in those segments where the player becomes invisible except for the eyes.

Finally, I too experienced the event where an enemy smacked me so hard that I got tossed outside the level's collision and fell to infinity.

I somehow got the physics engine to throw me all the way off the map! Nice job.
