what a great game!

I love the art, I love the music, I love the sound design.

At first, I didn't understand that I could hit the boss, I thought I just needed to get the yellow triangles since that's what taught in the tutorial. Once I understood everything, it was really cool to have this double objective of "let's get those yellow stuff and be ready to hit them when the time is right".

Very strong entry, good job ✨

Fun game with a great concept goodjob! I liked the art too!

I really enjoyed the movement and ring, it was super satisfying moving around. Having to restart the entire battle when you die felt a little harsh, but the healing worked well to counter that.

Awesome game! The controls are kinda funky, but once I got it I couldn't stop playing.

That was awesome, very polished, I agree the art music and gameplay come together well, also a nice challenge without being unfair. Similar to my game, but I like your execution a lot more. Well done.

Nice work! All the pieces of this game fit together really well - the sounds, the visuals, the gameplay all worked together. It felt like it took a very long time to collect enough yellow platforms to get a heart back, but maybe that was actually the right amount to keep it balanced. I spent an embarrassingly long time dodging the planets as well as the attacks, but I think that's on me! Overall, great work on this!

Yup, the downfall of only 16 colors in pico 8 is that it is hard to make clear boundaries and backgrounds. Thanks for playing!

Very nice! Took me a while to get the angles down when hopping across. I could definitely see this game on an arcade machine in a pizza joint. :)

Thanks! Perhaps we'll make it happen one day haha
