I got excited when I saw gamepad support, always a good thing to see when it fits the game. Overall it's a very short burst of fun, the music is well fitting and gets me in the mood. The shoulder cannon's fire rate is pretty high when rapidly pressed and easily allows the player to win. I think this could be really good with more polish!

Fun, short game! I liked how the player always has a variety of different options at their disposal!

The medieval mechs thing is really cool, would like to see more of that world! Could use some polishing, feedback on when I was getting hit or hitting the enemy wasn't great, but I like idea of a mech fighting game like this!

I wasn't very good until I figured out the gun, then I smashed it! Was different and fun thanks. I could totally see this in VR. I felt like there was a slight lag in the controls when I was moving, the turn sensitivity was very high for me and took a bit to adjust so I wasn't over turning. Solid effort well done!

Honestly really charming!

There's something really cool about the premise of knight duels but with mechs. Would love to see where this goes in the future.

Great work!

Literally laughed out loud when I clicked on Mech 2 and it said "coming soon".

This would be a great VR game because it feels like you're really in a mech and controlling it. The mouse and keyboard controls weren't very usable. I had trouble with the mouse sensitivity and the E/F was awkward to use while moving.

Developer

Yeah we definitely designed this with controller in mind first, we're not really sure what keys are the best for keyboard and mouse we're open to suggestions

I might put shield or shoot on Shift? That way I can hold them while moving

With so many abilities it's hard to say exactly what keys would be best, but if you had a key/button rebind in the controls menu, that could really help players get comfortable with whatever control scheme is right for them.

If we keep developing this game a rebind menu is for sure something we're considering, I appreciate the feedback!

Cool game, some visual registration for the enemy taking hits would be very nice. Also the overlay makes it very difficult to see anything.

I really like the visuals and audio, they fit quite well with the medieval theme.

The gameplay is fine, though I feel like the the camera moves a bit fast, so it is kinda hard to align my sights.

I find the game to be alright; it has its merits. The concept of the battles is interesting, but I must confess, I'm not entirely captivated by it. My main confusion lies in determining when I successfully hit the opposing player. Nevertheless, the inclusion of the shield mechanic is a positive aspect, as it adds some strategic depth and excitement to the overall gameplay. With a bit more clarity regarding the combat mechanics, the game has the potential to become more engaging. Keep up the effort!
