VERY GOOD JOB!!!! This literally has my favorite qualities of mech media!!!!

1. The mechs having special names and not being called mechs

2. Smooth, organic-looking mech designs

3. THE MECH 👏 BEING 👏 METAPHORS

Developer

Man I'm so happy you picked up on the themes!  Those are things  I seek out on most mech media as well, I usually enjoy it when the twists are unexpected! I used to enjoy making mech designs and stuff like that when I was younger XD So this was a great opportunity  to show my love for that in a game.

As I have said to you before really loved the worldbuilding on display here. The visuals are beautiful too.

Developer

Thank you so much! it really means a lot! Hope I can keep participating in more Mech jams in the future! :3

This one has an incredible atmosphere, and i really like all of the pixel art and animation, especially the mech and pilot's design wich made me think of a cool blend between Moebius and Miyazaki stuff as inspirations :D

Plus the game overall is really polished, with a full menu system with options and the gameboy like boder is also a nice touch.

Music is also pretty cool, so i don't know what else i could say,

well done :)

Dude that comment made my day! Some of my favorite artists are Moebius and Miyazaki! Specially Nausicaa, what you mentioned was the feeling I wanted to go with, and also adding a little bit of that Gundam battle feel. Thanks again!

Nice job with the art and animations and doing the music yourself as well. The menus were very polished too.

The battle music could be a little longer I think as it seemed to repeat often while I was reading those parts, but that is not a big issue.

Developer

Thank you so much! I really hope to get better at making music XD I see what you mean by the repetition happening too much with the battle music, ive also been wondering if I should change the font, but oh well developing sure is fun XD

The art style is really nice, and the visuals of the mechs and armor kind of reminded me of Hayao Miyazaki's machinery (e.g. Nausicaa). The songs and story were pretty good too. The font was a little strange with commas not rendering properly. But that didn't really limit my enjoyment of the visual novel :)

This is one of the most impressive renpy games I've ever seen.  Hope I can get mine this fancy one day!

Impressive artwork! Especially for the inside of the cockpit. The short narrative managed to be pretty engaging despite its brevity. Solid work!

Developer

Thank you! I I hope to add a few more things to it! Really appreciate the support!
