Neat game, though I felt that the jumping was a bit off. I included it in my compilation video series of the Low Rez Jam games, if you would like to take a look :)

The movement is weird. Mainly the jumping. When I was on the edge of a platform, it just didn't jump! Also the gravity is weird a little bit. I like the style and the sound effects, it feels retro, but those spikes were misleading I thought that's long grass and I didn't get why I was dropped back to the previous checkpoint! Fixing those things and adding more elements will make it a better game.

I'm gonna ditto the jump controls: they felt pretty off.

The graphics and music though were spot on! Love the retro game boy feel of the whole thing, stuck through the controls to see more as a result. Nice work!

I second the other comment about graphic being blurry on Firefox (it looked like the world was not perfectly aligned with the screen's logical pixels). That being put aside, some of the jumps were quite challenging, but I still managed to reach the end of the level. Nice work!

Good solid entry! I liked the graphics and music. jumping felt off... ideally you would want to be able to jump if you're still standing on ground but as it was for me if part of the player was standing over the cliff Ii couldn't jump anymore. Also if the camera still had to catch up when I was jumping down it would gameover even though I landed on a platform? The graphics are blurry on Firefox but perfect on Chrome. :D

I like the art! Jumping felt really wonky but it's still pretty fun.

I like the minimalism! Particularly like the bleepy soundtrack! The controls were a bit difficult for me though, really didn't like the jump!
