very nice earthquake effect. Good work ! :)

Developer

Thanks!

I didn't pass the second level, but really like the idea

Developer

Thanks! The idea seemed really obvious to me. Who doesn’t want to destroy a bunch of buildings?

Very nice !

Seconding the other comments. The groundwork is there (lol) but I think we all need some clarification on how the game actually works. The explosions and particles were wonderful

Developer

Totally. I had some ideas on the last day to make it more obvious what the relationship is between the cursors and the buildings but ran out of time.

And I had way too much fun juicing up the quake itself, whoops.

pretty original concept, a little finicky on detecting the destruction though.

Developer(+1)

Thanks! Yup, totally. I wish the relationship between the positions of the cursors and the buildings was way more obvious.

The visuals on the shakes were very nice, very simple and clean. Didn’t quite understand how the mechanics worked but I did manage to beat it.

Developer

Thanks! Yeah, I wish the effect of all the things on each other was more obvious. But I’m glad you beat it, I think that second level was a doozy (whoops).

I like the particle effects and destruction. They are really satisfying. The second level is the hardest level, no matter how much I try, there will be only the first floor of the building which still remains.

Developer

Thanks for trying to beat it, though! And I’m glad you liked the effects – at least it’s pretty if not super clear how to play. ;)

Very satisfying destruction. I would personally adjust the screen-shake to move side-to-side and up-down rather than rotational but that's just me.

Developer(+1)

Noted! The shaker could totally be its own little library or something, I coud add a switch or something.

I kind of dig the rotation—I hadn’t even considered it for my entry. I would, however, rotate around the center of the screen, rather than the top left corner.

Developer(+1)

That’s weird because that’s what I wanted it to do, but now that you mention it, yeah, it’s totally rotating around 0,0. Dammit. Oh well, bug for v1.1 I guess. Thanks for pointing that out!
