Good looking and cool start to a game. I wanted to invest more time into it, but I couldn't figure out how to beat the enemy back pretty much at all as they seemed to turn my defeated units into just as powerful enemy units. Good work here with the time what time was left!

Super nice graphics and color palette! Nice touch with the rotating star background. I liked the "tug of war" style gameplay, however I sometimes felt I had no power over what was happening. This is a more than solid entry and I think it has great potential, if you continue working on it post jam. Thanks for submitting it.
I love the art of the game! It makes it clear who you are, and who the enemy is, while also making each unit look different and unique! I think it would be pretty cool if the tower changed colors based on who is controlling it, and it would make it easier to tell as well outside of the HUD!
Couple of things. First, there are way too many enemies. I don't know how it's possible to win, you just can't push out anywhere near as many units as the enemy, but theirs are just as powerful. 1 of my spear guys will kill one of the enemy spear guys, but it will kill both the enemy and my spear guy. As a result, if I can't match the enemy output, there's no possible way to win. Second, every time I lose, the game crashes in WebGl, and I have to reload the page to restart.
Good job, just needs some work!
I figured out what the tower upgrade thingie was, but didn't understand the bomb (did see 50 pts gone when used but no idea what it did) , no idea what the armor upgrade did or how much it cost. Had 4 of the big guys on screen with a buncha little ones and it started lagging out on me. Could have something to do with my slow internet, but could be other things as well.
I enjoy these kinds of tower defense a lot, it reminds me of old flash games. The pixel art is very adorable. It is sad to see that some intended mechanics couldn't be implemented due to the time you guys joined but still was a decent game. Only if you guys implemented the sound I think it would have enhanced what is submitted atm. The pink / blue contrast is also very nice!
Would be nice if you can pan using the mouse. I was confused at first as there was nothing happening, then sprites from the right cam, that's when it clicked to me. I had to click to the icons to deploy :)
Animations could be improved, still haven't figured out why the two crystals have that line. Mechanic is good but can be improved.
I was a little bit confused by what I have to do but it looks so nice that I just wanted to keep trying =D
