I have lied to a child and I have never felt better about it : D

This was a very curious and very fun experience to be honest! The hints were clear, the way to get through this was up for the player's wits, and allowing us to make words ourselves is such a clever touch!! Also the emojis.  I generally find them annoying but here, here they fit perfectly! <3 So, I love it.

One comment though, the heart-eyes emoji gets buried under the dialogue text! Maybe something to check on the code?

Interesting, I hadn't seen that before. What browser were you using, if you don't mind? Thanks for playing and the feedback, really appreciated.

I am on Firefox! : o

This was so imaginative! Loved the story and the narration. As someone who actually studied linguistics this was a nice experience (no idea what the word is, though).

My favourite thing was the use of emojis as character portraits/tags. Really clever!

Thank you! I figured it was the quickest way to get some images in there. And there are 14 valid words, but they take a bit of luck with the prefix/suffix rerolling. I would say one of them is relatively common.

Very funny. Clever mechanic ! Short and highly replayable. Thank you for this game !

This was so fun (and a little nerve-wracking)! I really like the formatting and the scroll-over text definition in the first paragraph (fitting for a spelling bee!). My word: rayaryize.

Developer(+1)

Nice, that could definitely be a word. Some kind of chemical coating process, imo.

Fantastic! And a really beautifully integrated linguistic system.

This was so fun! I'm gonna figure out that real word at some point.

This is so cool!  The story was intriguing, and I loved the idea of needing to invent a word on the spot.  It seemed like I was only able to add a prefix or a suffix, but not both, but I ended up winning with 'interraya' anyways.  I had a lot of fun with this one, awesome job!

Loved it, great idea, and beautiful layout. Only issue is I tried to create a word, could have sworn I could add sufixes and prefixes to the word at some point, but whenever I said "More", it would have me add another of whatever I already had!

Developer

Thanks! And yeah the shuffle doesn't shuffle when you hit "More" for some reason. Rolling the dice should always give new options though.

I loved it!!

I already laughted when I read the description... and then the game itself absolutely delivered! It's hilarious!
I also really like the emoji speak bubble stlye. No idea how you did that. But it's great!

My first word was "rayaer"... I tried to find the really existing word with "raya" ... but I don't know what it could be...

Developer

Thank you. I've tracked 14 real words that are possible, although you may need some luck with the dice to get the right prefixes/suffixes.
