Such a big game out of a (two) week jam. Such a great music.
The construction site was so relaxing (with placed blocks sliding into their position) it could work even as a standalone thing ... maybe just by making that debugging free-building mode you showed (with 999/unlimited resources of each type) into a separate game mode.

We have put a lot of efforts into the polish, we wanted to give as much as feedback as possible in all actions the player would do, and we are happy you notice all that :)
During the development process, for debug purpose, they were actually 999 resources for each type, and I think it could be an awesome sandbox mode for people who just want to make their own construction, it's a nice idea indeed!

Musique au top, mécaniques poussant à continuer à jouer, et fun lorsque l'on tape sur les monstres.
Il y a du potentiel pour faire quelque chose de plus vaste.

On pense aussi que la boucle de gameplay est très intéressante. Dans l'état, c'est assez simple d'ajouter du contenu tout en offrant une bonne durée de vie au joueur. C'est un projet qu'on gardera dans un coin de la tête au cas où on souhaiterait le pousser plus loin !

This is my favourite entry to any of the Gosu Game Jams so far! The gameplay loop is fun and rewarding, the graphics work really well, and the music and sound effects are superb. Unbelievably polished for a jam submission!
I really love the continuation of the story from your other games too. Looking forward to whatever your penguins get up to next!

I could have pay for this game, this is really what came to mind while I was playing. I really love that it follows previous game, so many pingouins here ! For a 2D game, construction is really well done and we can follow blueprint quite easily. The battle areas are simple but still fun, and the game gives so much for a one week game jam. Have to mention audio : music is fantastic ! I just loved those themes, I think that Hydrogene is getting better and better at this. Your next entry to Steam maybe ? ;)

J'ai terminé ton petit jeu en complétant toutes les quêtes et j'ai bien aimé.
Comme d'habitude, je suis totalement sous le charme de tes compositions mais le reste... n'est pas en reste (haha !).
Le choix des touches n'est pas le meilleur mais ça va, j'ai réussi à m'y faire sans trop de problèmes et je n'ai pas voulu arrêter avant d'avoir terminé la dernière construction, signe que le tout est plutôt bien amené.
Un truc me chiffonne tout de même : qu'est-ce que le grand méchant Tatayoyo cache sous son grand marteau ? 🤡

Ça fait... super longtemps ! Je suis content de te voir passer par ici ^^
Merci d'avoir pris le temps de jouer à notre jeu (oui est deux là-dessus !), on sait que les contrôles ne sont pas forcément les meilleurs, mais ça nous aurait trop pris la tête de trouver la meilleure combinaison de touches possible, du coup, on l'a rendu dans cet état, en espérant que ça reste jouable malgré tout.
Tu as même pu aller jusqu'au bout, et bah bravo ! Même s'il n'y a que 5 quêtes, le jeu est assez long pour un jeu de jam, s'il a pu te faire tenir en haleine sans trop sentir la répétitivité, c'est qu'on ne s'est pas trop mal débrouillé alors !
Ah oui, pour info, ce jeu fait suite à notre précédent jeu de jam : PenguinVania. A chaque fois pour la Gosu jam, on invente une suite, ce qui fait une sorte de fil rouge, donc s'il y a des mystères dans ce jeu, ils seront peut-être résolus dans la prochaine jam... ;)
