Nice work, and congrats on releasing your first Godot game! It runs great on Linux, and the background sounds are pretty cool :) It managed to get 12 points, but man that was tough :P
The next version will add combo multipliers and possibly a delay. Originally you would lose points with each miss, but that seemed needlessly punishing.

Hey, congrats on your first godot project!
Pretty cool idea! As someone else suggested, a combo multiplier would be interesting. And also, it seems like the random placement of the bars plays a big part in the score.

I will add combo multipliers and streaks to the next version so it actually is a game that is worthwhile.
Another feature I was considering adding was different modes. It occured to me that the random placement/speed isn't exactly fair in a timed mode. So there could be a mode where you just try to get streaks, a timed mode that is more fair, and a couple more arcadey ones I thought up for later.
I played the windows downloadable version.
Maybe it would also be interesting to have a way to gain more time, through streaks or something like that.

It would be awesome to reward the player for taking on difficult situations, instead of now where they are almost punished. I'll definitely think through it more. There's a new devblog with some of the plans if you are curious! I'd love your feedback (some of it is what we talked about here).
Was only able to run the linux version in the Metrum All Versions pack (Metrum/Metrum.x86_64).
I must say it's hard to see the meter on most of those thermometers. I'd suggest using colors farther from the backgrounds own.
There are 4 thermometers going up and down with the middle square identifies the current one. Pressing space when it's close enough to the desired measure (red bar) grants points. At one point I repeatedly pressed space as it was easier than track the active thermometer and its speed. Good job, could use a little work though. Maybe even ditch the middle square and just light up the thermometer? I don't know.
Thanks for the reply! I think the mono version has glitches with exporting. I am fixing it right now. Also, you are definitely right about the thermometers. I ran out of time, so I just used modulate. There actually are graphics that I will upload later.

Oh, sorry to miscommunicate- I am ideally going to make it look like the picture I sent. The picture is just what I'm working towards/concept art. I can't change it in the scope of the game jam. But the next version surely will look like that!

It crashes on start.
Also, please sort the downloadables. Win32 does not include .pck.
I downloaded "All Versions", but none of it worked in any combination.
That is really odd, the android .apk version works.
I will re-export without mono and hopefully it will work
