I really like the aesthetics of this game. They fit the theme very well. I really don't like that you have to spam right click to shoot though. The idea of only being able to shoot when you are in certain areas is great but the arena is a bit too large. Having the camera move towards the mouse position does help but I was still shooting into the darkness most of the times because the enemies weren't on my screen.

I really liked your use of the theme! The upgrades were really cool, and it was satisfying to unlock the laser at the end. Nice!
I loved the sound effects for the pickups and the sound effects for the enemies were very fitting. I like the interesting game mechanic of running around in the circle to recharge the energy for shooting. The art style is minimalistic and very clean.
While playing my main strategy was to run away from the scary hissing enemy then constantly moving while trying to shoot. I forgot I could go back for upgrades until I could already buy the max upgrade lol. The camera looking ahead of the shot is a very nice touch.
One thing I would have liked is to be able to hold down the LMB to fire rather than spam clicking, which is less painful on the wrist lol.
Overall a lovely and fun to play game! Great work!
I really enjoy the game, i played every level, after you got the last weapon it was very easy to beat the levels. I was also facing the bug which cause that you cant shoot when you was already stand inside the circle. But i really like animations and SFX. GG
Excellent game! I struggled initially because it seems like if your already in the zone when it lights up, it doesn't take immediately so I didn't know how to shoot but once I accounted for that it was smooth sailing. The audio was great, good feedback but not overwhelming at all. I love the character sprite, the 8 directions really add a level of polish.
Fun and simple game loop. Nice work. Sound effects were really nice too. I had some bugs with the movement. Standing still and trying to shoot once a circle lights up doesn't work until you move again and my movement would also sometimes get stuck moving me in one direction. Maybe it was just an issue with the web version, not sure. I think someone else had this issue as well. Really loved the feel and speed of the game play. Nice work!

I would have liked a little more information in the game scene, I had to go back to the description text a few times to remember what each key does.

This was a fun one. I really liked the super fast pacing of it kind of reminded me of the chaos of playing something like Risk of Rain.
A cool addition would be an indicator that lets the player know which area is going to light up next. Then they can make an informed decision while playing through the wave.
I had a good time with this one! Took me a bit of time to realize that I needed to summon the next wave, and sometimes I could not shoot.. I think it only happened if I was on a circle before it changed to white. Other than that little bug the controls felt great. The difficulty seemed to ramp up rather fast.. Or maybe i just sucked at the game xD
Really fun and well made. Good job.
Some notes:
- it’s not very clear that the player can only fire when on a lighted circle
- having an indication of whether can fire would be great
- the health bar isn’t very obvious
- some of the games fit the theme superficially, but this one feels like it fits the theme through and through and in different ways
- having a pause menu would be helpful
- the first enemies aren’t very strong compared to how menacing they look/sound
- super cool wave based system - I like that you can go to the store in between waves
- it’s not super obvious that the store is a store
Fun game. I enjoyed the gameplay and movement. The art was pretty good too. But that enemy sfx when they get hit gets pretty repetitive and annoying after a couple of waves and the laser attack seemed pretty weak.
I really liked the sound effects and music, but felt like the arena could be smaller and the camera movement a little smoother. That said, I really liked the game in general, good work :)

An interesting concept to have to stand on light circles to shoot! The visual feedback from the shots landing was very satisfying. Addictive game loop of randomly dropped chests and upgrades!
One issue i noticed was, when standing and waiting on a light panel to turn on, if I do not move the character, sometimes it fails to register that I am in fact standing on a lighted panel. The issue is resolved once I move. The game would also benefit from some form of tutorial! It took me a while to figure out how to shoot!
Overall, solid entry!
