I liked it. Simple concept but well executed.
I think it was interesting how there were two variables to keep track off for the player. But the fact oxigen was continuously going down was a bit frustrating. Health made sense design wise : it meant being efficient with your movements. But Oxigen was basically just a countdown.
A suggestion could be to give the player a way to hold their breath (another input?), which stop the oxygen from going down, but if held too long, you'll lose health faster. that would make the Oxygen more interactive.
Thank you very much for playing and for your very helpful feedback. We might try to do that after the game jam is over.
Pretty fun game! I found the oxygen timer to be a bit annoying to deal with, especially when I was just waiting around for a platform to reach me, watching the bar tick down with no options to stop it.
Thank you very much for playing and for your very helpful feedback. We might try to fix that after the game jam is over.
Cool platformer. The oxygen does not respawn, I think this is a bug. It was funny to play, though.
Thank you.
It's a fun game! There are things you could do to polish it further for sure, for example making the moving platforms that go up a bit lower when they're at their minimum height (so as to make it easier for the player to time their jump right) and resetting the health bar and oxygen bar when you reach a new checkpoint (the player currently has to die first in order to reset it). But overall it's really solid already, nice job!

Hey, you have a great start of a game here !
I would advise you to like into buffer input for platformers, and adding varying height for jumps, also adding more 'juice' to the game. And personnaly, I prefere to calculate the jump strenght based onn the gravity and the height you must reach, also, adding steps that we jump 5 in one jump is pretty useless and boring, you could only make steps that fits the minimum jump height, less is of no use I find.
I hope this feedback is constructive enough to help you building better games !
Thanks for the entry and would love to have your feedback about my game too !

You nailed the basics and have plenty of room to expand on :) fun little platformer, I like the addition of the timer
Thank you.
Cool entry, you guys should be proud.
Thank you.
Hi, great job. I liked the theme and the effects you put in.
I would offer two suggestions. I think the monsters hitbox should be disabled when he's dying. Since the game is essentially "timed" the player wants to move as fast as possible and running through a dying enemy and then dying yourself is a little frustrating.
Also, if you are going to have a timed game, I think the slow moving platforms need to be reworked or reset somehow when you die. I ran into a few situations where I just died because the slow moving platform was out of sync with my run. I had to wait for it to come down and just died.
Cool game though otherwise. I had fun!
Thank you very much for playing and for your very helpful feedback. You made a very good point about the platforms and we might try to do that after the game jam is over.
charming and nice delivery, good job. Since you have the basics down it could be a good idea to explore it further and think about what else you can add to to tell a larger story.
Thank you.
i really love the sound and music, give it a really great vibe
Thank you.
