I looooove old school dungeon crawlers. I was so hyped when I opened the game, but it seems like the game is not playable as is. Is there no way to heal between fights? It's pretty much impossible to survive past the second or third floor unless you manage to dodge all the enemies, which is not very fun at all.
Thanks for trying, the idea is you should be getting loot and getting out then going back down - not healing in between. As you get gear you can survive in the future. Should have made this more obvious.

Looks really good, plays a bit too slow and floaty for my preference however. Also near impossibly hard, couldn't survive the second room.
Thanks for playing, point is to get gear from first level then go to second level once you are better equipped, probably should scale a little better. Thanks again.
Agree on speed will make you move faster on next release

I really like the way the game looks and feels, and the sfx/music is quite nice, loops very well though music stops playing after a while. Unfortunately as another stated the stairs are broken, so I'll wait to rate it. Really want to know what's down there :D

It's a shame that the set of stairs are bugged out. I really like the aesthetic! Gameplay kind of reminds me of runescape when I played a long time ago.

Made it to the end! I just kept running because those goblins hit so hard 😭

Nice work on this! It's a shame the second level is inaccessible on release, you should ask the organizers if they'll let you fix it.
Very creative use of pre-existing assets as well. The controls worked fine and gameplay worked as I expected it to.
It was a bit frustrating to move so slowly, and I don't think the music was a great choice for the tone the game was setting for me.
All told though, good work on getting something in and submitted! Keep making games!
I wonder is something is broken. I was able to open chests, pick up things and equipp, but when trying to go downstairs, it won't go. No matter where I click on the stairs
Yes it does appear to have broken - the next level was significantly harder than the first...
Have they let you fix it yet? They let us fix our game with sort of a similar problem this morning.
