Enjoyed the play. Great entry especially for you first jam, keep up the good work!

Great throwback to Doom.. I couldn't look up and down, and realised that's exactly how Doom was! :)

Pretty impressive for your first GWJ, congrats.

Good game! Very challenging and fun. I like the combination between the shotgun's spread and the limited ammo supply. Early on you have to make sure each shotgun spread hits as many enemies as possible to make every shot count. I think the biggest problem is that when you try to shoot an enemy that is right next to you with the shotgun, it often doesn't hit. There are also a few areas where the wall textures are glitching. Overall, good work!

Nice use of the theme, I enjoyed playing  :)

I really like the homage to doom, the look and audio are very similar. As others have pointed out, the movement was a little off, but that doesn't take anything away from the gameplay. Would love a bit of the doom style gore, but ofc you can only do so much in the jam time frame!

I had fun! Good job, thanks for submitting.

Just a quick comment: I would love to replay this game if the character moved like in DOOM (somewhat gliding) instead of stopping instantly if no input is given. A big focus in DOOM is the movement, so I think it would add a lot to your game.

But good job indeed! I need to learn A* and pathfinding.

Thx :)
I actually used the Nagivation node in Godot and therefore did not need to go deeper into pathfinding, it's already implemented via that node.

Pretty fun, nice and to the point :D

I had a lot of fun with this one! I loved the "hidden" area with the weapon upgrade! Would've been nice to have different attacks from the enemies, but other than that it was a nice game! Good job!

Glad to see you found the secret room :D

It's an ancient FPS game...

Baffled initially until I found the "key"

Was reasonably fun but sound design was a bit grating

So very cool! Was a major throwback AND it was set in an ancient tomb, what a way to incorporate the theme.

Was lots of fun exploring around the tomb, trying to get out.

The hands were a really neat mechanic and added to the overall atmosphere. Nicely done.

Love the doom and serious sam vibes although sfx need some work, but it got me right in the atmosphere pretty quick.

The audio is painful, trying to hit the crawlies is a nightmare too,
but overall a nice
