Enjoyed the retro look of the game.

Great game, I'm a sucker for these kinds of retro 3D style :D. And also always nice to see a dungeon crawler game in game jams.

The jump sections  and the controls are a bit finnicky though, but still a really cool experience.

Was pleasantly surprised to see grells in the game. I see you're a person of taste.

Super cool! Love love love the old dungeon crawler vibe. My only concern was the jumping section, I think if the player's collider had a flat bottom it would have made it much easier. Otherwise, great work!

Man I loved it <3 super cool I just wish I could turn the mouse sensitivity down a bit but over all it was fun

Cool game, really liked the mood and the old school feel to it! Thought it took me some time to find the last piece, as I had kinda forgot you could look up and down haha

The con is the mouse rotation is too sensitive I cannot control the sword properly. Overall is a successfully scary adventure game.

Developer

I will definitely make the mouse sensitivity adjustable next time. Thanks for playing!

Fun game! The sound effects and monster design are great (and terrifying). The level design is great, except I'm not crazy about the jump parts, that was tricky (maybe more an issue with the controls than the level). Cool retro art style.

FYI, the Linux build works. :-)

I wish the wall textures got their filters turned off to make them pixely. (which was the point of the game). The controls feel a bit clunky  when you jump, but overall it was great. It was responsive and it scared the guts out of me! XD

Developer

Ah, you're right. I disabled texture filtering on the brain beast, sword and shield, but forgot for the level and everything else. Thanks for playing!

I loved the art style, especially the monsters. The sensitivity was very high for my taste. Great job!
