Fun and chill puzzling. If only a bit more information on some mechanics that come up on later puzzles on how the boxes interact it would be pretty perfect! Great game, well done!
I think this has potential as a puzzle game, the graphic and lil frog sounds are cute! Really liked the mechanic where you are able to reset a set of blocks, makes things easier. Unfortunately, like other people pointed out, I didn't have a clue of what to do exactly hahah, but I'm sure with a better level scaling it would be a cool puzzle game. A tip for this kinda thing is to get a friend who knows nothing of your game to playtest it for you, that way you have consistent feedback about the flow and difficulty of the level design.
Good job!
Well I managed to make the first two connections, the real simple ones, and got to the bigger area where you have a bunch of options of where to go. I got that I needed to connect the white thingy to the grey thingy. I managed to make some more connections, but from there on, I didn't really know what I was doing. I didn't get how the source box worked, sometimes it flows to other boxes, sometimes not... Also sometimes boxes would stack on top of eachother, sometimes not, and in the last puzzle area it wasn't very intuitive how sometimes you'd push a box, and other times walk on top of it. The maximum connections I could make was 11
Anyways I don't actually think the mechanics were bad, they're probably really clever, maybe it's just a presentation problem, I think the best here would be to make really straightforward puzzles for each mechanic before throwing the player into a bunch of different puzzle options
What a cute game! Nice graphics, and the movement controls are intuitive. I like the glow and sound effects as well :)
Still, aside from the game description, I didn't really have a clue as to what I was supposed to do :( maybe make the first level easier so we'd get the gist of the game before throwing us into an actual hard level?
Also, could you please put some of your exported games in different OS versions as well? The HTML5 version lags on my computer so I looked for a Windows download, but couldn't find any.
I had the same issue. It looked promising but I felt it would benefit on some kind of tutorial or at least an easier progression so the player can understand what needs to be done.
