This game is super aesthetic. I like the first two levels that introduce you to the mechanics. I also like that the levels are generated and gives each play a different experience. The level gets harder the longer you linger because the plague spreads to all the NPCs over time. Well done!
Thanks I'm glad you appreciated it.
Cheers!
great 80s theme :) The audio sounded really authentic, though one minor comment is that the sound only came through my left headphone which is my bad ear so I wasn't able to experience it fully.
Felt pretty polished though. nice job!
The graphics fit perfectly the 80s theme! :)
I playtested your game in a small video:
Wow, I love this. Its so... stylish! Like someone else said, a little screenwipe effect between levels would add a lot and make it a bit less jarring transitioning between scenes. That is quite literally my only complaint though, this is a fantastic entry.
Great job! Lovely twists and the game plays and feels right. I liked that it feels real-time but has the tactic nature of a turned-based as well. The game feels fresh and original. The rain got me in the end but it was quite a bit of fun!
Great job with all this levels! the mechanics are very pleasant
Great art style! I like how intuitive it feels
I love the aesthetic. You were spot on with the 80s style, it reminds me of the Stranger Things game. Full marks for theme! The graphics+audio style is consistent, simple and on point.
To give some constructive feedback I'd say that I kind of wish I could move faster. I know it's "turn" based, but maybe leaving an arrow key pressed could mean that moving to the next tile takes a bit less time.
I think this would be worth polishing, expanding on and releasing. It may work well on mobile or web. Brilliant job!
I really appreciate the constructive feedback. I may polish it in the future.
Thanks.
Super fun game. My only suggestion would be to add some kind of transition between scenes.
Thanks for the feedback.
Awesome aesthetic man! This is really nice work
