Wow, really cool idea and execution. The actions and controls were pretty difficult to understand, so a better explanation would have helped a lot, but other than that a solid game!

(btw, why does have the panther fewer plots?)

Good Question! Because asynchron sides are more interesting.
The panther therefore has a tool the koala has not: it can bash back thrown things with the umbrella.

Ok this is a really interesting idea. The co-op controller setup is something I've never seen before, so kudos for coming up with that.

The game feels quite original, though I had a tough time actually figuring out how best to play. I couldn't seem to get my umbrella opened (I tried R, F, but it didn't open up. it just partially opened then closed).  I'll have to try to get someone else in my family to play with me to try out the dual controller setup.

Really neat idea and great execution.

Thanks.
The umbrellas are different for the left and the right player. The panther on the left has only three fields for flowers and this is why the umbrella can bash back thrown things of the right player. (You can see that the umbrella icon is different for the two players)

Whereas the right player only has to hold the protector, the left player has to smash F-Button in the moment a snail passes by. Although this is more difficult, the snail changes direction and is thrown back on the field of the koala on the right ;)

So, it is correct when the umbrella closes on the left directly after it was opened.

The art direction on this is beautiful dude, nice work :)

And well done on working on couch co-op centric ideas, they always need more love!

Love the graphics a lot! Well done

You do not know how much I feel honoured hearing this! Thank you. :)

Really cool idea to play on a single controller. Never thought About something like that but now it seams pretty obvious.

Developer

Cool, did you felt comfortable with the twisted controls?

A little bit tricky at first but i think it works. Of course it also depends on the kind of controller. For a bigger project i would add some kind of configuration. This controller sharing would nicely fit some kind of party game.

Alright, thanks for the tip! :)
