Nice mini adventure game. I don't have many words because it would be the same as most users commented here.
Did this game involve combination of your own graphics engine and Godot game engine?
If that's so, then that is something. Or is it just the intro showcasing your own graphics engine.
No need to reply If you don't want to. Good job for making a game by the way.
Good job! The 3D vs 2D was a really interesting idea! I love the introduction of the shooters that were first seen from the top so player can look how they work from a safe space, very cool! I love the intro. The movement in 2D could use a bit of polishing and movement in 3D as well (it was weird that rotating the camera did not affect the direction in which you’ll go) but I totally understand that 2D was your priority. Also the hp bar should not be there, it just confuses the player. Thanks for the game!

I think it is very cool that you managed to make a game so quickly! Especially considering you are students! Good job 😄
I did find the 2D movement a little annoying, especially the stair parts, where the character and the camera would jump around as the character hit their head in the ceiling and then bounced off the floor again. The view distance also felt a little short at times, so I was not able to tell where I was going, so I had to take a “leap of faith”.
I did like the visual design though, the main character is very cute, and the 3D segments at the beginning and end were a nice touch!
Overall, I am quite impressed you were able to make this game! I am looking forward to what you create next 😄

I completed it but I am not satisfied. But good attempt.
Hp bar is useless because red robots (is it robots?) don't hurt you and laser kill you after first touch...
Thank you for your comment.
Where is the theme? Let me answer your question right away. I think the game fits the "less" theme because In the game, you transition from a detailed 2-dimensional universe to an ordinary and minimal 3-dimensional universe. This is the basic course of the game. I hope I answered your question well enough :)
I liked this. Great to see the godot girl in a game. The intro sequence was a lovely touch. Great work!

So i played this for a bit, and there's some good going on here. It's especially cool that it was made by students. Some background on how the project came about and the developer experiences would be a great companion to this. The platformer stuff was decent, no bugs or jitters. It kept me playing even after a couple of deaths. But then I hit a red portal, and ended up in a strange 3d space with no guidance of what to do or where to go. I ended up just roaming about until I fell into a hole.
As a platformer, you get a gold star for the early concepts. But whatever that was afterward... lost me lol.
Great job to you all, and good luck in the jam!

Since our game is made in 5 days, the levels are short-lived.
When you pass through the red portal in this game, it goes into an ordinary and minimal 3D universe, and then the game is over because the aim of this game is to help our character pass into the 3D universe.
this game is very jank, so it’s very hard to play because of the jank — especially thos inverted controls.
also, this game does not fit the theme ‘Less Is More’ (the story that’s only in the description and some movies does not count)
Thank you for your comment.
player physique as soon as possible i will change it.
