Wow, this is amazing! I love so much music, art, and even cutscenes. It was really funny to break the planet :)

I really liked that I could pull up each individual building before I removed the chunk of planet beneath it. Incredible game!

Same energy as peeling an orange. Very satisfying to do the peeling, and the orange and its inhabitants spend a lot of time swearing at you. Lovely game :D

It was a really funny game, pretty fun too! A bit too dark, was hard to see what was going on at times, but other than that - great!

Amazing entry, like others have said, the game is too dark and the link to the theme is a bit murky.

Yet, this is incredibly polished for jam game, the attention to detail is very impressive. I can only give full marks.

Incredible! I love this spacial theme, the space on the background plus the sound track really immerse you on the journey, just loved the feeling of piloting the ship on the space, the sense of humour is a cherry on the top of the cake, the details of the people screaming when you pull the buildings, just gorgeous. The dark side of the planet could be brighter, but besides it, amazing project. Loved the plot!

I loved it. This should win the 3D category.

The story is fun and the ending is great. There are a few lighting bugs and the movement does get weird near the poles.

I really like the polish. It feels like a finished game. The swears switch is a nice touch. And the closeup to the ship looks awesome.

I'm so glad you noticed the poles, that's where the "illusion" breaks down: it's not 3D movement, you're not controlling the ship but you're rotating pivot points located in the center of the planet. The "player" character is about the size of the sun and the ship is just a model stuck on top off it. I had to sacrifice full 3D movement from the beginning, as that quaternion math and smooth rotation on a sphere would have taken up all the time and it would have just ended up as a "fancy" tech demo. What you're seeing on the poles is the game slowing you down to avoid you ever reaching the pole at all, to avoid a gimbal lock.

"Save it for the remake" was my mantra to help me live with all the dirty hacks, and the hope that someone would notice it. So thank you again!

Just wow! Naration and a whole game in 3d. Amazing. Super satisfying to take a big chunk of a planet and hurl it into space while someone complains over radio. The game was way to dark on my screen. Half of the time i couldn't see anything. But beside from that it was super impressive. Good work.

Fun story, I got an inflammation in the optic nerve right before the jam started and lost vision in my left eye. All bright/white areas was inverted so they went grey/dark, I could only see detail in darker areas. As the jam went on my vision gradually improved, and the game just became darker and darker for me, but since I didn't trust my eyes anymore I decided that it was just my perception that was off. Good to have it confirmed that it's too dark for someone else as well, that it's not just my eyes failing! Hope you managed to finish the "story" despite not seeing anything, the inner layers were particularly hard to see for me, even in direct sunlight.

I sorry to hear about your condition. Hope you're fully recovered soon. I had no problem finishing the story despite the graphics being a bit too dark. kudos to you for finishing the project even under those circumstances.

Such a great vibe! I really love the music, art style, and witty voice lines. I do wish that the gameplay was a bit more engaging, but it did feel satisfying every time I got a chunk of land out. Great work!

The feeling of plucking out a chunk of land... Seriously, it belongs in a full commercial game its that good.  Loved the narration.  Could have done with just a little more light :)  Love it.  Best so far

Thank you! "Evolution" inspired me to make the opposite, "devolution", meaning a descent into a lower or worse state. To tear apart and reduce in complexity instead of building/growing and increase in complexity, if that makes sense. Hence going from a "plot" to a reductive and banal ending, and from a living planet to a empty shell of metal and rock.
