This game is phenomenal! The gameplay is well balanced but challenging which makes the game really fun to play. The idea is very creative and certainly is a unique take on the theme. Combine great graphics, a creative idea and enjoyable gameplay and you have "Dice Defender". Marvellous work!

Wow really amazing job on this one. This totally deserves way more ratings, I thought this was really clever and executed exceptionally well! I love the idea of an action game where attacks reroll dice enemies, but the fact that you can also do the same on your own die makes for really interesting dual-sided gameplay. It felt definitely on the harder side and enemies started coming a bit too quick for me to get my bearings and understand what was going on, but those are small nit picks. I also loved the art style and the sound pairing. Outstanding job!

I like the Idea and it is mostly done well.

In my opinion the combat felt too unpolished.

Maybe try to make it a bit juicier.

Nice style and a really unique idea!

I like that you have to repeatedly hit enemys away that you cant kill because you lost that number! But its kinda unfortunate that if you hit an enemy and their new number is currently on your dice, that enemy doesn't die :/

Also hitting enemies horizontally seems to be the strat, so I would love to see more different maps!

My biggest nitpick is that your attack sometimes doesn't seem to come out? Is there a hidden cooldown or something?

2:21 for my second run!

Super creative idea. On my first run, I thought I had to make the enemy match the dice. That was wrong. It's interesting how there's an odd balance between having a lot of die faces being harder than having a few. The art itself is also quite pretty. I would have loved to see more power ups in the game.

The concept was hard to understand at first but once I got it, I was suprised how creative it was and I think the was theme interpreted really well here.

The Presentation is simply amazing, I love the visuals, music and sounds. The whole casino / pokertable setting is awsome!

The gameplay was pretty fun but it felt really hard and often impossible to defend. My highscore is 2:20

Good work! Really nice artstyle! I think maybe if the dice was not stationary and could be used as a knockback as well it could have been more varied!

I did not enjoy the gameplay and was confused on what to do exactly. Maybe I just didn't understand the mechanics but I gave up. I still get behind the idea and I absolutely adore the art style! Maybe with some time and love, as well as a tutorial, this could be a great defender! I like defender games.

2/4/5

Stay crunchy.

Neat concept. The art is nice as well however I found that the rate that you can attack is WAY too slow

(+1)

The art is great, and i think the concept is cool but i never felt like i actually good attack quickly enough to match the dice

Cool! Interesting concept, good polish and nice music. I found attacking a little awkward, but that may just be me not being used to the controls. Well done!
