How does your game fit the theme?
Based on the Julius Caesar quote 'alea iacta est' or 'the die is cast', the game promotes risk-taking in players. The player is provided with tools which are suboptimal in operation, causing them to work about 30 percent of the time. The main character can also randomly change throughout the level, making it easier for the player to take risks.

First off, on your game's page you need to tick the box which says it's a windows game, so you can play it in the Itch app! Also Windows Defender flags it as a virus for me but Bitdefender said it was clean.

I like the feel of bouncing bunnies around, but it took me a while to figure out what the goal was! Maybe make the landing area standout a bit more?

Thanks for the tips! :D

I know you said the malfunctioning of the trampoline is on purpose. Probably you were thinking about bringing some challenge to the player, idk.

From a design perspective I don't think it was the best: the player gets frustrated and don't understand why it is not working. Had you implemented something like 2 different trampolines, with different malfunctioning levels and the worst being better to control the bounce, for example, the player could choose to use a more risky-trampoline or a safer but with worse control.

This was just a suggestion to make the game even better; Now as it is, it is quite fun to mess around throwing bunnies and bouncing them hehe

Good job!

Thanks for the feedback, I really like the two-trampoline idea!

The theme implementation is quite the stretch, but the game is fun to play and mess around with. The physics feel (mostly, except for the occasional weird bounce on the trampoline) fun to mess around with.

The adherence to the theme is definitely a stretch, but the game is fun overall. I think the most important thing to fix is that bounce mechanic since it will pretty often just bounce the character in a random direction. I checked your profile and this is your first uploaded game? Good job!

I definitely should have made it more clear, but the malfunctioning bounce is, while a little frustrating, intended :D Thanks a lot for the feedback!
