This was great! Havent gotten addicted to it but I can see how I could. Hard to beat quad 6s lol.
Such an addictive game!
Really creative and enjoyable game with solid art, UI, Music and sounds. I love it!
Made it to round 9. Simple but very fun!
Such an addictive and enjoyable game! Good job, its a solid and well executed, could play this repetitively
Nice game. But it gets hard fast. I couldn’t get past the 4th round. What I really liked was the visuals. Animations, background, and UI are all beautiful and fluid. Nice job.
Solid game! Nice visuals and audio. It’s perhaps a little simple in terms of scope; maybe some temporary power-ups or the introduction of new mechanics could spice it up a bit more. Good stuff!
ooo, temporary powerups are a good idea, ill have to try that! Thanks for the feedback!
This was good fun for a bit although some of the upgrades did feel a bit underpowered compared to others (but I guess if you want a more gambling game than skill game, that works perfectly in your favour)
By the way, thanks for playing my game earlier!
Thanks for the feedback! Yeah I TOTALLY made the game unbalanced to fit the gambling theme more, suuuure.... (I just ran out of time lol)
I see huge balatro influence, nice! Simple and polished game!
It would be nice to see some tutorial. Poker hands have values based on their probability so it would be interesting to see table of dice combinations values (and their effects). Currently game heavily relies on players knowledge of balatro rules.
Thanks for the feedback! I think youre right, the game definetly needs some sort of UI that shows the multipliers for different hands and maybe a list of powerups you have.
That was a very fun game! Personally, I haven't played Balatro as its been on my backlog of games but I can say for sure that this game does a great job at fitting within the genre, while also having its own unique twist on it. I really loved the animations on the dice rolling and I'm very excited to see what you have planned for updates! Great job!
Reminds me of Balatro! Addictive in the same way. You've done a great thing with this game! Nice work!
Also I'd appreciate feedback on my submission if you get a chance!
must. keep. gambling.
Let's say I got lost in the sauce lol this game is HELLA addictive (been playing it for like 35 min straight). I love seeing other people using the same engine as me make games this juicy! Really motivates me :)
be sure to rate my game if u wish <3
Interesting little game, wasn't sure if there was a sooper-sekrit! thing late on that I was missing but was a fun little take on yahtzee or otherwise poker-esque dice game.
The super secret is just gambling addiction!
Nice idea well made - was little bit simple by the time, but addictive at the same time as dices are! Gg
I love dice, "dice everywhere" ^^
Fun take on the Balatro formula. Now I'm going to sound like a heretic, but I confess I have not played Balatro that much myself, so the following critiques is how I feel for this game itself, not how I compare it to Balatro, because I don't honestly remember exactly how scores are earned in Balatro.
So I found it weird that an unlikely combo like quad 1s only give as many points as a single 4 die. That part made no sense to me. The powerup is also very unbalanced (understandable for a jam game), some powerups seems very obviously overpowered compared to the others, so that makes the upgrade choices sometimes seem uninteresting.
Other than that, the overall game seem pretty nice, with juicy visual and audio, so nice job on that.
Thanks for the feedback! nice to hear the perspective of people that havent played Balatro, balance is definetly something I am focusing a lot on going forward!
Really fun game to play! The feel of rolling dice is always so confortable!
