The art is really pretty, but I didn't know what to do after killing all the bugs on the screen, nothing happened.

Music sounds great! The art style is super cute and clean!
The number on the web blocks are a bit hard to read due to low contrast:
I think adding a prompt to press shift while the character is on the platform would be great!
The game is super fun to play! Building and swinging a round feels great. The game looks polished. I adding platform checkpoints would be nice! I managed to make it up mostly with the little blocks and swinging.
Overall a really lovely game and adorable main character. Great job!
This game is extremely good!
If you plan on continuing the project, this would make an excellent rage game, like Jump King! Really hope to see a Steam release in the future!
I really liked this game and the music was really good too especially with how it changes when you go into the build mode. I just wish it wasn't so short I think it could be better as an endless game rather than one short level so I could play more because the swinging and building was a lot of fun to play with.
I think it’s an interesting idea, and the presentation is very nice (if anything, some particles could perhaps add a bit of juice).
However, I think it needs more constraints. For example, I didn’t use any blocks besides 1x1 and didn’t even have to use the web for movement - jumping is just enough to complete the level when you place the blocks strategically (and by that I mean 2 up, 1 or 2 to the side in a staircase pattern). Perhaps having some blocks that can’t be walked on but can be attached to using the web could help with that, as well as some permanent walls or classic spikes.
There were some, uh, bugs when you place two blocks close to each other (I was attaching to the wrong block), but overall I think the character controller is quite nice and fluid.
I liked the idea of having multiple build zones so that you can’t simply disassemble the level behind you.
Overall, I see that it was quite a lot of work to implement everything, so great job!
This game is so awesome! Cute art, interesting idea, really fun to play! Great job!
I love everything about this game, really interesting and fun concept, the polish and art are really good and i epically love the music and how it switches from gameplay and build mode.
But i never ran into the issue of running out of web so had a bit too much freedom with the building, other than that really good and polished game, good job!
I love the aesthetic of this game. The art is really cute but also ominous. I love the music that plays during the level, but the building music is not as strong, and the transition is a bit jarring.
I'm honestly really impressed with what you were able to get done in 96 hours. The game feels complete and polished.
However, I wish the game was balanced a little better. The abundance of enemies means running out of webs is hard. But the character does control really well
I LOVE THE SPIDER CHARCTER ITS SO CUUUUTE!!! The movement are a lil hard to get at first but they make the spider seem more lively and its fun to move on your platform. Its a short game but i really liked it!
It was a bit hard for me to know what I was doing at first, but once I got the hang of it, it was really fun. My only criticisms are that there's no big incentive to get creative with the building mechanic, and that apart from the overall concept of "scaling", it doesn't make all that big an effort to fit the theme. Otherwise, it was really nice, and the spider was surprisingly adorable.
I really like my time in this game, we wanted to implement a tutorial too but didnt because of lack of time.
Thank you for making this.
Fun game :D tried to build minimally so when I fell down it hurt a lot to go back up, lol
I like the building mechanic, it adds a cool twist. But at the same time I think it could use some more work to expand it. Right now, you can build whatever you want and it only impacts your score. I think if there were some more puzzle elements in the level (like hazards you have to avoid) and less points to build with, this would turn it into a very interesting game mechanic where you have to plan out your route through difficult sections by saving as many points as possible for further sections.
Overall, excellent game :D well done!
