Nope! I’ve watched Code Bullet’s Pacman video! You can’t convince me those ghosts are anything else than pure evil nightmare fuel!
Seriously, though, love the opening and closing cutscenes, very well done! The ghost felt a little slow to control, but I guess him being underpowered is part of the idea. I’ll consider this a mostly narrative game though, and as such, I enjoyed it a lot!
Hehe, the game's premise made me giggle. It was a fun spin to have Pac-Man become a horror game of sorts. Nice interpretation of the theme!
Pacman betrayed my trust
I respect that you decided to add cutscenes AND a narrative to a gamejam game, and on top of that it is a fun twist on the game, not to mention i jumped when pacman just appears in my face
Not Timmy! My heart broke during the cutscene ;(
The idea is cool and and I like the fact that there is a narrative part. The game is cool!
Creative idea and fun story with great cutscenes well done. :D
I think the game could have been improved a lot if the ghost didn't move so slow. And I don't know how, but I managed to miss all three objects until there were only 20 pips left.
it's funny the gamplay is nice with the idea that you don't see far from you but the controls are kinda hard to use and the game is a bit too slow just a bit faster would be perfect
i love the storytelling, the intro and gameplay ties in really well! It's a bit hard given that Pacman is faster than you but I still managed to beat it on the first go :). Good job on coding the AI for Pacman too
The cinematic is so cute and well developed plot, I felt the terror atmosphere! Sometimes running around is a bit difficult but overall very enjoyable game!
It was interesting how was buld an almost horror atmosfere considering the speed of the ghost and the visibility, it was fun and I liked the time loop in the ending
Looks like you also made a PacMan game. liked the story, the atmosphere but the player controls were a bit off tho
Cool game! I agree with maumaurg that the wall collisions need to be adjusted as sometimes I would feel like I would slow down a lot when attempting to turn a corner, but amazing idea and I love the animations in the beginning!
very nice :) the controls and wall collisions could be adjusted, but it's very fun to play anyway :) congrats!
This game had an enjoyable story and great art and just a great atmosphere, however the controls were a little annoying at times and the game itself felt like it ended too soon but that left me wanting more. Overall a great game.
The story and art was very charming! My only issue with the game was that the controls felt rather lackluster, but everything else about it was charming. We also made reverse pac-man... that monster is everywhere...
Engaging story haha, loved it
Wow that's a really really good game! I also made reverse pacman so feel free to check out my game as well!
Wonderful story. Great Idea. Love it all!
We were thinking of making a Pac-Man game where you played as the ghosts. Glad someone did! Fun implementation!
