When I read the first slides of the game, I thought I was going to play an incredible concept! However, I encountered bugs that make the game unplayable: black squares are covering parts of the screen, texts and images are not displaying... I won't lie, it made me sad :( . But one thing's for sure, your concept is really awesome! If you plan on releasing a fixed version after the game jam, you can count on me to test it :D . Keep up the good work!
I encountered this first time, refreshed browser and it worked fine. Not sure why it does that though.
Very cool concept & execution. Challenging initial startup, but feels like much more than a jam game.
Good job!
This was a very neat concept with very stylish execution and fun writing! With a bit more content and cleaning up it would be quite addictive. It's extra impressive that you accomplished all this in only 23 hours!
Some bugs I noticed:
Also, it was a bit frustrating to rent and place skeletons only to find out that adjacency to the adventurer isn't enough - seems like it has to be the one that the adventurer is actively trying to move onto the space of? Similarly, hiring Magic Mike and then finding out that he *only* shoots fireballs to the left ever and so my placement of him was useless was not a great feeling. This probably could be solved by something like a tooltip that tells you how the unit behaves when you hover over the "hire" button.
Overall, though, I'm so, so impressed that you made something this nice-looking and fun despite the glitches in half the time of the game jam! I hope you polish it up more, because I would happily while away several hours playing a mobile game based off this concept :)
Hey ! Pretty cool work and there's quite a lot of content, especially since you took so little time to do it ! Congrats :)
The only thing I would change is to add more content in it - awesome job :)
A more polished version of this would be a BLAST on mobile devices! Or even a board game really, I love the concept and presentation
Love the art! And the writing in this game is nice! Good job man!
This game has amazing art and concept! We went for the same one, but couldn't find time to populate it with fun mechanics, sadly...
Though I don't get the rules that adventurers follow, I enjoyed this game a lot!
Looks good, but you can easily beat it with just two skele dudes. Reminds me of dungeon keeper
Impressed you pulled off a dungeon-builder, this category of idea was something my team ruled out because we couldn't figure out what dungeon-building would look like mechanic-wise in time, but I think you nailed it! Your art/feel is especially killer - the vibrant color pop made me click on this entry too!
buggy but fun
Fun concept, Nice Art! It's challenging to create a good dungeon that will get you profit.
I think this had a lot of potential as it has a really nice and consistent artstyle. Unfortunately, could only get as far as the second dungeon because UI elements kept disappearing, and when I went to purchase the 3rd dungeon it would just take my funds without starting.
