I like the idea, very neat concept! Sounds and camera shake were satisfying, but the chain path preview was a little too much in my opinion. Also, it felt a little weird that the angle at which the chain arrives at the wall does not always match up the angle at which it leaves the wall, i'd expect them to be the same. Good work :)

The sounds paired with the chain and bouncing effects were cool--it felt satisfying to play!

The guide is a bit too complex, though. Showing less of it might help the game more clear. And it took me a lot of trial and error to be some levels. If they were designed with somewhat clearer or more intuitive layouts, that might help. And the platforming was a bit janky in parts.

The effects were really cool, the screenshake and the trailing chain.

The character was hard to control, and for some levels it felt like there was only one solution.

It was neat how the two pieces were connected at the end.

great game feel but levels were ordered wrongly imo.

Extremely good gamefeel with shooting the hook, however some of the platforming and level design felt frustratingly difficult. Would love to be able to play more with the hook shot and figure out the right angle to connect the goal pieces!

The controls were kind weird, but i really liked the mechanic, and loved the graphics!

The idea is really good, but I feel like the controls of the platforming part are a bit too slippery. It's still a great game tho.

Cool concept, but the controls were clumsy to the point of making it basically unplayable for me, especially since the level of bounce/roll the ball had was inconsistent, and I kept getting stuck on corners in a way that felt more buggy than intentional. I gave up when I got to the second area and couldn't figure out what to do, since there was no hook to try and grab, and the one I'd gotten in the previous zone didn't exist, and nothing I was doing seemed to make a difference. The visuals are very clean and the hook throwing mechanic is pretty satisfying, however. Definitely worth exploring further.

Very interesting game, at first i struggled in understanding that i had to join the two pieces but overall is well crafted.

Great job, the simple black and white felt perfect!

Colors are too expensive anyway :p

Good start! I love the screen shake effect!

Developer

Thanks! I usually implement the screenshake first and make a game around it ^^

Shows a lot of promise!

If this was a mobile game, I could see myself playing it every day for months.

Developer

Thanks! month might be a bit much for this limited concept ^^

I like the jumping chain, very satisfying!
One comment is that the game isn't entirely predictable, most of it is just some guessing work. Please expand, you have great potential :D

Really amazing game!! Also, at the final level the hook shot can clip through the wall where there's the crevice.

Developer

Damned, thanks for the report =)

Pretty cool! Once I figured out how to wall jump, the game really opened up. Much better than my submission tbh!

the game is pretty fun but there is a bug where the player is not able to shoot after trying to aim while moving. I don't know how to stop it from happening but it is impossible to continue afterwards. the linking is super cool though and the feedback is solid. Would be nice to have a feed back when getting the keys to combine.

Developer

Ho no! I've not seen this bug! Thanks for the heads up

I liked it a lot! Some levels were really hard and challenging too so I liked that too.
