very interestin concept to convince your past self , but i think the execution is a bit dissapointing , it could work very well if there were more things you could do to conviince yourself like manipulating the envirement or mess up the cumputer some more. Also i think the dialoge options you have are mostly the same and you can't predicte the outcome really

The premise of trying to convince your past self is a good one for sure and fits the theme well. However, the player seemingly has to randomly guess the correct option out of three, some of the options being exactly the same. The feedback the player recieves is not clear and the experience ends up being very confusing. Also, cramming jumpscares down the players throat constantly, does not build a good atmosphere at all. If anything it just startles and frustrates.

As said, the idea is interesting, it just needs more time in the oven :3

The idea could be kind of cool if worked on it more, but I don't think there is any fun in picking one of three very similar options (or ever same sometimes) and not seeing any outcome. There are ways to build a great minimalistic horror games, building the tension, but this ain't one, sorry :(

Could be better if fleshed out more, and the player had more feedback. I selected options not knowing if they were good or bad and then I won?

the idea is nice, im not the biggest fan of horror games, but if the idea was expanded on it could be really good

Interesting game. I think you did a great job making it spooky. The music is very nice. As for the gameplay, I think it would be nice if it is was somehow visualized whether the player is making progress or not.

Thanks for the feedback! There is no music in the game though, It's just SFX

Then it's even more impressive because it sounds really cool and spooky and all the effects are very well combined.

Nice graphics and horror athmosphere. I'd love to see how my choises impact on the non player character (basically, how much he trust me)

Developer

Thanks for the feedback <3

I really liked the visuals; the dialogue box, the computer, the timer, the monster.  I feel it helped sell the horror atmosphere.  One main issue I has was clicking on the menu buttons, i would suggest making the button larger and adding feedback so the player knows where they are clicking.

That was a really nice way to create a horror vibe in such a small environment. I think if you were creating a 1 minute game clock then the responsiveness on the answers needs to be a little quicker (like 1 second or less) so you can select more answers if you're wrong. Good job! :)

It wasn't clear how my choices were swaying the other character. Perhaps there could be some kind of meter showing how convincing I am?

Also, Jeff The Killer is kind of played out (as are jumpscares). I like the creepy polygon dude! Give him more screentime!
