This is simply excellent. From the Mario design tenants to the art style this game had me grinning and laughing at the simple joy of playing. It's intuitive stylish and brilliantly conceived. Loved it! (Showed it to my friends who did too!)


Really cool concept and execution


Very cool idea! It makes me wonder what other genres could have something like this. Besides that, though, I thought that the camera was and checkpointing was really well done! Good job! :)


Very nice, would like some sound effects and maybe bigger particles when jumping and landing so I can better tell if I've successfully jumped off an edge or fallen instead.




That's an ingenious way of solving the self-imposed restriction. Did you get the idea from the trope where an invisible character is revealed by being pelted with paint or flour?


Thanks, the idea just kinda popped on my head when thinking about the theme but being pelted with paint or flour might be a good idea for a game on its own!


Incredible game. The mechanic is bang on theme and very challenging. Somehow you did so much atmospherically with it, well done :)


Very well made, I would buy this if it were longer and better made


This is super interesting, hard still. Perhaps  I would have added the cartoonish "air lines", as if the player moved super quick. 


Good job completing such an interesting piece in the short time limit. Innovative mechanics executed with consideration of player experience, resulted in a smooth learning curve and overall pleasant experience. 

One of the common mistakes of new level designer is making their level punishing and unfair. I like how the puzzles in this game felt challenging but fair, they are designed for player to be successful. 


Amazing, I loved how it introduced the mechanic and slowly introduced more and more ideas. Unfortunately I got stuck at one point near the start of the rainy area with the  stairs, I tried jumping to the right and left, but couldn't advance or go back so I could get a reference point. I'm willing to forgive that though, everything else was great!


sorry about that, colliders get kinda kaput at some point. You can always press 'k' to kill yourself if you get stuck on a collider and it will respawn you to the nearest checkpoint.


Oh, thanks for letting me know that, maybe I'll go back and try to beat it now.


This game is incredibly inventive and has amazingly simple yet beautiful backgrounds. 5/5!
