The effects are nice!

It would have been even better if the circles were a bit in sync with the music, or if something changed as you progressed through the game (maybe I didn't go far enough?).

Oh and nice music!

Developer

Thanks for the feedback!

One goal for future udates would definitely be some kind of visual progression.

Cool simple idea!  Fun and the effects were cool too!  Just a thought but think it might be really awesome if the background started going through a tunnel at the same speed that the ring moves so if the music/ring speed picks up -it might create a really cool effect!  Anyway, nice job on this! -the music was really good too! :D

Wow that's an awesome idea! I'll definitely try to implement that if I come back to this!

Thanks so much for the feedback!

For something you created in 1 day, it's pretty impressive. I found it hard to find the right timing to click, but when you succeed, it was very cool with the explosion. I like the song!

Good job on your submission!

Ayy, got a 600.  I don't know whether that's good or not, but it felt like a pretty good score to me!

Anyways, I thought it was great game!  I like how you chose to challenge yourself by making a simple game in as short a time frame as you could with specific goals in mind.  My "simple" game goals usually end in failure, haha.   But yeah, I'd say you deserve a pat on the back!  The feedback given whenever you time things perfectly was indeed pretty satisfying, and the graphics were really nice as well!  I will admit that it was challenging enough that I didn't exactly feel "relaxed" while playing, but that still wasn't all that much of a problem.  The game was fun despite being so simple.  Well done!

Developer

Thanks so much! Maybe I should make it a little more forgiving.

And that's absolutely a good score!

Fellow one day jammer! The beat was pretty hard to match but fairly satisfying when you did.

Gj for submitting this game ^^ Only advice for me is that i could spam the spacebar when the lines overlap. Maybe you could add more skill based mechanics

Developer

Haha I didn't think of that! I can see why that would be an issue....

Thanks for playing!

Really good experience! Wish there was more substance or at least slightly faster beat matching but you made it in 8 hours so I'm not expecting much lol.

Also would be nice to add a "late hit" if that makes sense? Basically still hitting the note if it goes over slightly rather than being incentivized to always hit it early.

Developer

Yeah that's actually a really good idea. I'll definitely include that if I end up redoing this.

Thanks for playing!

A chill and relaxing experience.

Very impressive project for only taking 5 hours!

Small but all the pieces are well made.

Not sure if it was intentional but I really like the effect on the top and bottom of the ring when they come in.

Developer

Thanks a lot!

The effect is just a lens distortion. I was doing some experimenting with post processing and I really liked the look of it.
