Super fun mechanic being able to jump from planet to planet. I’m not super clear on if there’s a task I’m supposed to be working toward tho other than just running around

Fun and original take on the theme.

Interesting mechanics and a catchy theme tune. Good vibes and a fun foundation to build out further.

Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for your review. I'm happy you enjoyed our game. The camera and controls could have used some work, but overall, we are pleased with our submission.

The character control is difficult, not sure if it's because it's on PC, but the rest of the game is good, such as the music, gameplay.

Thanks for your review. Controlling the player's movement with custom gravity proved to be more challenging than expected. Trying to move the player relative to the camera didn't work quite right, so we used tank controls and moved the player relative to their rotation after playtests.

The controls took some time to get used to, but the gameplay and mechanics were nice, I liked that the arrow indicated where you can find stuff and it looks pretty cool when you jump from one planet to the other and it switches gravity. I actually have a similar game myself, but in 2d :D.

I like the gameplay, but the control is a bit hard to adjust because it seems like it is rotating around another pivot behind the player. Though if you're just jumping around, it gets the job done.

Thanks for your review. Controlling the player's movement with custom gravity proved to be more challenging than expected. After playtesting, we settled for the so-called Tank Controls and moved the player in the direction they are facing, and even that didn't exactly work as intended.

Congrats on your submission!  I had some issues with the controls at first, but I managed to collect most of the items off the first area.  When I got to the lava section, I couldn't control my character well enough and kept dying.  I like the start where the ship shakes.

Thanks for your review.  I'm glad you liked the intro sequence. I'm sad to hear you couldn't complete the lava planet. Controlling the player's movement with custom gravity proved to be more challenging than expected.

Good concept and fun art style! A bit confusing for me to figure out what to do initially, and the controls get wonky when you are facing the wrong way compared to camera (doesn't feel like normal move/cam for 3rd person).

Good luck and looking forward to seeing more!

Thanks for your review. I had problems moving the player in the direction the camera was pointing, and after playtesting, we settled for the so-called Tank Controls and moved the player in the direction they are facing.
