This was fun, and I loved the artwork! A good reason to be nice to pigeons!

Nice game. The phoenix part was a nice twist, it didn't expect that.
I liked the idea of having the bird rise as a phoenix. Sad that I didn't get to find out who stole the eggs though :(
Aesthetics are nice, but it's sad the game is lacking any sort of audio.
I would have liked to have been able to move forwards and backwards too, it would help with dodging the projectiles.
I think there is a bug with the firing, or you have implemented anti spam? But if you repeatedly press fire, nothing happens, if you press it every second then you can continue firing.
I played this game because I wanted to find out who stole my eggs, while I have a better idea of who it was, I still want to find the culprit and deal with them :)
Nice work.
Thank you so much for your nice feedbacks :) Firing definitely needs some work. I used timers for firing system but I think this was not a good approach. I will try to find a better way to do it. I planned to make an ending scene and add some music but sadly didn't have time so I just write my thoughts in text form :)
I enjoyed playing it, especially with the difficulty gradually building up. I think the only thing it needs is music and sfx. But overall good job!
Well done! I second the comments made by David Wu SoftDev.
Great job of drawing and smoothly animating the flapping bird sprite, and nice shading to add depth to it.
It's great to see the difficulty gradually increasing with more and more enemies of different types as you progress further.
It's also really nice that death doesn't mean starting over, however I did find myself getting a bit impatient waiting for the revival to happen. At least it gives you extra motivation to try harder not to get hit, though.
Nice entry!
Visually, the game is very nicely done.
It would've been nice to have some audio too, to enhance the experience.
The firing could use some tweaking, as I experienced some delay between pressing space and the projectile actually firing. It was more evident when the projectile fired after I had already died and the bird sprite was gone from the screen.
I like that as a Phoenix you keep reviving endlessly XD
It would be nice for the bird to eventually find the eggs at the end of the level and maybe load a different background for the next level.
Good game!
Thank you so much I'm glad you liked it ! Definitely firing needs some work. Especially when there are a lot of projectiles in the screen, firing gets so buggy. I will try to fix it when I had time. Music and ending scene was at my scope too but when deadline came closer I have to remove them from my to do list :) Thanks again for your feedbacks :)
There were flying stones and a phoenix! But I never got my eggs back
Very nice little complete game, very solid base!
Did find the white text a bit hard to read, giving a small black outline would help massively!
Obligatory Birb meme -
Love the idea! I really love ducks, and thought it was really original :)
