The idea of reuniting Yin and Yang is cute. I like the use of the Ikaruga mechanic (white dot bounce on black obstacles and go through white ones, and vice versa)
I'd love to see more asymmetrical levels for the game to be more engaging (those are hard to design, I do realize that)
Yeah, I'm planning on expanding the game at some point. Thank you.
Awesome little game! Simple to pick up and get started with, and then quickly makes you want to keep trying each level. Had some frustrating moments, but I think that's common with these tricky platformers ;) The particles effects really help liven up the graphics.
Played this on stream. Check out the vod here for my thoughts. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1003299098?t=00h00m10s
Thank you so much for playing my game. I did have problems with the level design. I was planning on adding tiles that reverse gravity, and switches that change the colour of walls, but I didn't have time.
Some web browsers do have problems with pico 8 sound.
After the jam is over I am planning on fixing up some of the problems, and add stuff that I couldn't do, due to time.
As to using the wrong two, that too has been fixed.
Fun game and good concept! Congrats on your first jam, wouldn't have known if you hadn't shared! Particle effects look cool. I'm also a fan of the minimal color palette, as well as introducing texture to platforms.
I liked the trail effect of the circles and I also liked the music.
Thanks the music is from here.

Honestly, a very good job! If you didn't mention it was your first jam, I wouldn't have even guessed it. There is something quite visually appealing about your game.
Great works for your first jam!
Well done for your first jam! it's a nice style and the particle effects / sounds give nice feedback to the player. One small point, I'm not familiar with the pico8 concept, so it took me a while to figure out I had to use the 'C' button
Okay I'll say that next time. Thanks for your feedback.
Nice game! I like the idea. Was always thinking of making smth like this. To control to character at the time. But when they're reflected it does make sense! It's cool. And also I like the style.
Sometimes even when the level is quite symmetrical one of character fall down from the platform, but another doesn't. Idk if it's a bug. But anyway the game is nice!
That would be a bug. Thanks for telling me, I'll fix it up at some point.
Level 3 was surprisingly difficult for being that early in the game. Have to time the last jump on the right side perfectly to get out, though I could be bad.
Oh that is just my level design, I'll do something with it. Thanks for your feedback.
Congrats on your first game jam! Good job! :)
Thanks!
