A relaxing walk in the forest, if it were not for the falling trees. I got lost a few times but thanks to the giant (use SPACE key) I found the way to the cabin in the end. Some indications of where the path is would have been nice. The giant also can pick up trees (use mouse) I realized after a while. This game badly needs some instructions, by the way. Otherwise it is a fun take on labyrinth games and the graphics are gorgeous. I just wish there were some enemies I could smite with the help of my giant friend. Good job!

I haven't the word to say how enchanting and poetic this was. Absolutely loved the character design, music and enjoyed every minute in this atmoshpere. I am sincere, this should get to be a series and definitely get more votes. Thanks for sharing this with us! :)

Developer

This is one of the coolest I've played so far, and it's criminally underrated. Graphics are AMAZING, the audio is really cool and immersive, and the experience is simple but very well polished. Really cute experience. I hope more people discover and rate this, because it deserves great reviews!

Developer(+1)

Wow thank you so much ! So glad you liked our game, we hope more people discover it too, but we're delighted with the reviews we got so far, thank you again !

The artwork was wonderful I felt really immersed in the world you created. The music was fantastic as well as the sound effects! And the level was nicely laid out being challenging but not frustrating. Nice work!

Thank you very much ! We're so glad you enjoyed our little game ! We do have some ideas for developing this game, so maybe !

Really enjoyable game! I foolishly didn’t read the instructions on the page, so it took me a while to figure out what the controls were. Once I stopped trying to use wasd it went much better. The music is perfect for the tone of the game.

Developer(+1)

Thank you for playing ! Yeah as we're French and use AZERTY keyboards, but the rest of the world uses QWERTY, we figured that the arrows were a nice compromise ahah And thank you for the music ! I had so much fun making it !

Short and chill maze game with cozy vibes! Really enjoyed the music and art in this one. I thought the interaction with the giant was very cool and I liked the ending. Good job!

Developer

Thank you so much for playing ! Chill and cozy definitely match what we tried to create, so we're very happy if that's what you get from it !

Cute game! 🙂

Both characters were cute in their own way.

I do think the gameplay could be made a little more interesting though. As is it was a little repetitive.

I really liked the art direction though, and the ending made me smile! 😊

Thank you for playing the game and for your feedback ! We initially wanted to expand the game and make 4 different areas/mini-games, but we were short on time, so we finally decided to focus on this short part. But I agree that we could have added more elements to it !

Thank you for all your compliments ! Yeah we initially planned to do 4 different areas/mini games, but we were short on time, so we focused on this short puzzle part to try to make it as good as we could

Great job! The graphics are very nice, and as several comments mention, it might be good for the transition to be faster. However, I believe it depends on the atmosphere, which I feel is very good. I think you managed to make it not feel like a typical maze game.

Congratulations!

Developer(+1)

Thank you for your kind words! It's really nice to hear that you appreciate the graphics and atmosphere of the game. Your feedback on the transition speed is duly noted, and indeed, several other comments mentioned it, so something to keep in mind for the next one. Thank you once again !

Great production! One can really tell. The music adds to it a lot. In overall it's a quite relaxing game. I only wish for something like "press space 2 times" to transition the zoom levels faster.

In any case, congrats for your amazing work.

Developer

Thank you so much for the positive feedback! We're delighted you enjoyed the production and found it relaxing, that was the goal. Appreciate your suggestion about zoom transitions, definitely something to keep in mind. Thanks again !

I LOVE this idea and interpretation of the scale theme — I would totally play a full adventure with these two. Not sure how you have so few ratings, it's a real gem! Maybe if you had your characters front and center on your thumbnail (like the end screen with the gnome riding on his shoulder) since they're very charming.

Only suggestions would be to have it so the giant could maybe drop a waypoint or tap the ground or something similar, especially if you added more levels later with increasing difficulty. And to maybe speed up the zoom in and out slightly. Would be a fun concept for a two-player system as well.

Not sure what your plans are for it, but would love to see it continued! Great idea with so much charm.

Developer

Hi! Thank you so much for your feedback, super happy you played! And your comments are very valid we would love to integrate some more mechanics like the ones you're suggesting!

And you are absolutely right about the thumbnail, we are going to change it so we are more visible hopefully

Thanks again for your sweet words it means a lot.

What the heck, why does this game have only 1 review so far? I absolutely love it! You put out a high quality game with a really nice artstyle and a fun to play game concept! The music just adds to this, forming a relaxing atmosphere! Nicely done!
