Theme interpretation
With the theme we immediately thought about guns and shooting on the moon. XD

I love the concept and mechanics! It has a nice pace, the gameplay feels satisfying, the respawn speed and the level design are great as well. Cool art and theme interpretation. I think using some music and sound effects would add a lot to the game.
Really well done!
Oh! Theres audio and music in the game! Make sure you have the audio on your browser turned up because it might be quiet. Thanks for playing though!
Oh sorry! my bad! I probably disconnected my headphones and didn’t notice. I just replayed it with sound (and voices!) to the end and it definitely completes the experience, giving you the proper rush to finish the levels.
Again, awesome job! congrats!
I had to turn off sticky keys to fully immerse myself in the pace of this game. The two guns are very satisfying to use, and it shows that you put a lot of work into making this game. The art and audio work very well with the feel of the game. If you ever add any other levels to it, I'd love to play them as well!
I feel like I could just pick up and play the game without much need to explain the mechanics, which is great! Simple and pretty enjoyable gameplay, and quite challenging in difficulty too! I didn't expect there to be some puzzle elements in it but it's a nice mechanic that definitely adds to the game.
Really fun, fast paced game!
I was getting really into it, and I was running, and sliding, and shooting, all the good stuff, and then I ran so fast that the marshal's character run into a wall and exited on the other side of it, but the camera didnt follow (probably cuz i didnt clear the room from all the bad laser robots), and I was like "OMG what just happened?!! LOLOL"
Very good entry overall :)
Fun platforming and shooting! I loved getting multiple turrets with a single laser shot, great idea to have them penetrate and bounce off walls. And bouncing your projectile shot off into the tight spaces to get out of reach turrets was a really good idea too.
The controls are a bit floaty and there's some issues with precise movement. It's not a big problem though since the level design doesn't really call for precise platforming, it just would have felt more satisfying to have that level of fine control. Having the timer aspect to the levels was a nice touch too, added a sense of urgency and I can see this game being popular with speedrunners.
One change I would make would be to make the laser the primary fire and the projectile the secondary fire, since the laser is used a lot more and is more powerful anyway. Besides that, great work! The visuals and sound design were really solid as well, especially the level design. Each area felt unique and memorable in its own way. Great work!
Gameplay: The controls were kinda awkward at least for me because I could only use a certain shift and I prefer using arrow keys. Once I got used to using those controls it was really good. I liked how there were some puzzle elements in this platformer,
Graphics: The graphics were really good. Better pixel art than I could ever make.
Audio: Audio was good.
Innovation: Not the most innovative.
Theme: Guns and shooting on the moon
Overall: Amazing game, im surprised nobodies playing it.
Can you try my game?
Cool game, felt like it could improve a lot with less floaty movement but besides that everything was stellar. Like the graphics and overall theme. Good Job.
Super cool game ! The graphics of layers and the shooting/laser are awesome.
Wow, by far the best game I've played in the Jam so far.
Great job, super fun to play :)
