Let people know how long you've been working on the game
I worked on this short game for about 2 weeks this month, though I'd been flirting with its concept for a while. It's very simple, but also my first finished game, so I'm a proud mom =)

Hey, pretty cool game! In terms of visuals and sound design it is very immersive. I like how you have to wait for the characters to "type" their message, building the tension meanwhile.  Keep up with the great work. Cheers!

Hey! Thanks a lot for playing and for your feedback! =D

Aliáás, não acredito que o protagonista do seu jogo é um doginho caramelo 😭💖 Já baixei aqui e mal posso esperar pra testar quando tiver um tempinho!! Sucesso pra vocês!

Interesting game with a nice backstory.

Enjoyed both the game and reading the story.

One thing that could be fixed: When pressing back the music continues (just a bit weird :) )

Developer

Thank you!! And you're right, l shall fix that in the next build =D

Very well written story that personally freaked me out.

I love this kind of mystery!

This is the first time I tried this type of game and why not continue?

Great idea! bravo

Developer

Ah! This is very kind of you. Thanks a lot =D

Very nice and innovative game. If I had one complaint, it would be that waiting for all the messages to appear when you go back or restart can get a little annoying, so a way to speed up messages when you go back, or just going back directly to when the choice is presented (or even having a choice tree) would be nice.

And maybe, just an ambitious suggestion, but you could perhaps turn this into a full game, and incorporate the story into its multiple endings instead of having it as a separate post. That would be very hard to pull off, but if you do it well it would certainly make for an excellent game.

Thank you! Those are some great suggestions, I'll keep them in mind while making the final version ^^ Thanks again.

its incredible, i never saw such a unique idea in very basic form like messanger-like game i think you shouldnt play that creepy ambient music in first 5 mins, before kay said that his phone is empty from inside also i didnt get why key said that his model of phone is newest one, that is the point of it?

Developer(+1)

Hey, you! Thank you so much! ❤ I quite like the idea of the creepy ambient music starting later... I'll see if I can implement that in the final build!

Also, Kay stating that their model is the newest one serves the purpose of hinting to the player that Kay's spirit is frozen in time. The model that he believes to be the most recent one (HBS-10) was released in 2010, the year of his death.

If you haven't yet (and want to), you can read the story linked to the game by clicking here =D

This was awesome!!  The story took a really cool turn and was a very unique experience!  Also, I loved how the messages felt timed / spaced out really well.  Excellent work on this! :D
